“I was contacted by a member of staff to sort out payments that had been made to my account which i did not remember making the transactions. But also that someone was trying to take out a subscription to a company that i had never heard of. Thank goodness they were able to assist me. Spoke with me for over an hour which is more than anyone as ever done. Could never get in touch.”
