“Unfortunately I lost my job due to the pandemic. I was behind in my credit card payments and I called to ask for some breathing space. The advisor was so helpful and could not do enough me for. She even organised an online food delivery as I was struggling to put food on the table. I was overwhelmed with the support given, especially as I have worked all my life and the government have been the worst to try and get support from. Yet my credit card company went above and beyond to help my family eat, absolutely amazing customer service and support given from tesco bank. I will never forget how they helped me when I really needed it.”

“Got my car insurance from tesco bank. 33% price cut plus as tesco clubcard member got even more discounts for extra addons which still made my quote 33% as year before.”

“Applied for a credit card, got approved quickly with a £500 credit limit. Had issues with linking my club card accounts, and having overpaid by accident and was sorted quickly by calling them. I'm only using this to build up my credit score but I think it's pretty good so far.”

“Customer Service friendly, helpful and polite. Answered a general enquiry immediately. I haven't had to make a claim but everything was pretty straight forward for setting up and renewals. I would recommend but was still cheaper buying through Go Compare than direct with them. So cancelled auto- renewal with Tesco Bank but did re-new but via Go Compare.”

“I love Tesco - staff always so polite and informed Car Insurance was more expensive than I expected but easy to make changes after some issues with account data - again staff were great and helpful and easy to work with”
