I made the booking then followed up immediately to make a change to the order. When I heard back I was told that the substitution I wanted wasn't available. I then asked about whether another option was available. During this time I received an email to see my order had been shipped. So now an item I didn't want has been shipped but I now still have not received it even though its a week later.

I received order of duvet cover set. the cover was 6 inches too big. i emailed textiles direct on 12th february and to date my email has not even been acknowledged. I have sent another email today (15 feb)

Hard to get hold of company when goods don't arrive. No one answers the phone!

I ordered 12 white fitted valance sheets but received 10 and one of these was cream. Took 6hrs for someone to answer the telephone. Finally spoke to Sarah who sorted it for me but i am still waiting for the other two sheets.

Ordered my goods then to find could not fulfil order, have not heard anything regarding my refund, then ordered another purchase which came and was not like the colour on website, tried contacting customer service again as to whether you did return postage? but yet again know reply, will not buy from you again, this was my first online order and my last

Very disappointed that the fleece did not cover the whole of the blanket, which meant that it could not be turned around, and the skirt was of poor quality material that ripped when I fitted it to the mattress. Raymond Lamb

one of the items I ordered did not arrive, I tried emailing the customer service address provided and a week later when there was no response I tried calling the customer service number with no answer, not impressed!!

I placed my order, you took the funds, then told me it was not in stock. Disappointing. You did, however, refund me very quickly, for which I am grateful.

I order a white base valance and I received a dark blue fitted sheet. Find it difficult to understand how the item I received was COMPLETELY different to what I ordered.

whilst some of the items were ok, one duvet arrived stained and wet. it was replaced. one towel in the bale was nonmatching. after over a week i am still waiting a replacement.

I was very disappointed with the Cream duvet set I purchased. It's 3 inches too big all the way round, causing the cover to move constantly.. The fabric was snagged in a couple of places however it was concealed in the ruffles of the pattern. The button holes were poorly made - as I unbuttoned the opening every button hole had snagged.. Because I've washed it & have no original packaging I can not send it back. I have a plan to now take the 3 inches in from each side (on my sewing machine) in an attempt to stop it from moving. Fingers crossed this will work. The single "Do not disturb" duvet set was also too big in length but of better quality. I will also attempt to make it smaller on my sewing machine.

Item arrived within stated time limit but when I opened package it was not the item I ordered . Invoice details were all correct but item did not match up. Still waiting for correct item to arrive.

I am not happy with the item I ordered because I asked for 66 x90 size and was sent 90 x90,on the sales invoice it has got 66 x90 but I was still sent the wrong size.now I have to pay postage to return them.

Very disappointed. Packaging broken on arrival and stuck together with Sellotape. Hated the feel of the bedspread and sent it back. Returns department the only good thing about this whole sorry episode.

Got my black duvet cover and throw delivered today. I am very disappointed in the quality. Very thin but I suppose you get what you pay for. Sorry but wouldn't recommend it.
