bought curtains early december still not received although the money was taken out the bank. been in touch with trading standards. would not recommend.

You do not answer the phone, you do not return messages and you do not reply to emails. Terrible service.

I ordered a duvet cover+it stunk of amonia,never order bedding again!!

Totally wrong colour items delivered. On letting Textiles know was requested to send photo of invoice etc. as if I was lying! All I want is a prepaid return label as I should not have to pay return postage as their mistake. No reply to last e-mail very ignorant.

I never received the goods even though payment was taken. I have been unable to contact anyone in Textiles Direct to complain / no reply to 'e' mail and only an answer phone on the customer service line. Strongly suggest no-one buys anything from them any more and I have taken up the mater with my credit card people

I ordered my bedding on the 16 February, paid for next day delivery and only received it on the 27 February. The initial problem was that the order hadn't been processed and it took an email by me to query it, to finally get it processed. I have been refunded for delivery, but not acceptable nonetheless!

It would be easier getting direct access to Donald Trump rather than getting this company to talk to you, even a response to e mails would be a step in the right direction, wish I had read reviews before ordering

Paid for next day delivery , no response to phone calls or emails. Tracking number doesn't work. Have no idea when will the parcel arrive and if I will ever get it or not.

Firstly I paid for next day delivery, which I didn't get! But the main issue is these curtains are utter rubbish!! They are thinner than paper, you can see right through them, despite being 'lined' and that is so thin too. I'd be ashamed to sell these as curtains. Unfortunately I didn't realise just how see-through they were until I hung one, so I can't return them. I won't buy from this company again.

Placed an order that said would be delivered in 3-5 working days. Never arrived, no-one ever answers the phone when you call customer service or replies to the voicemails left. Only 1 person deals with emails and at the time of my order, that 1 person ended up being off so took days to get responses and eventually a refund. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN.

Poorly made - sewn wrong so hung wrong, flaws in the material and lining. Did not send back as I'd already pulled the thread through at the top. Would not buy again.

Appalling company and seller on ebay. I purchased x3 90x100 inch Throws off their ad on ebay. The items never arrived. I had to start a case against the seller. It was only then the seller contacted me to sat they hadn’t got the items in stock I had paid for...but they were still advertising the exact item and size on ebay that I had purchased. I would advise you AVOID this seller at all costs. They then pestered me to close the ebay case against them, whilst the refund was pending, and Ihadn’t received the money...STEER WELL CLEAR!!

Wrong colour curtains sent! No one answers phone 3 messages left. 2 emails sent and no response and I have curtains that are no good to me because they are duck egg and not red. Awful service!

I ordered and paid for goods on 10th October and have had no communication re delivery/lack of delivery(supposedly 3-5 days). After a number of messages to voicemail and looking up and sending an e-mail yesterday 18 October I still have had no response and am considering rejecting the order and getting bank to cancel payment.

I placed an order on 05/10/2016, the order is still at processing dispite being advised delivery would be in 3-5 working days. I have emailed queries several times and have had no replies.

I was sent the incorrect order. I rang and left 2 messages regarding this on 3/10/2016, on 4/10/16 and 5/10/16. I have also emailed on 4/10/16 and 5/10/16. I am yet to receive a reply. The items I have been sent are incorrect and of less value than my order and payment. I feel that the service is really poor
