We have tried by e- mail and by telephone to get in touch but so far have had no reply to either. If we don't get any response we will not buy from them again.

HAVE NOT RECIEVED ORDER PLACED ON PLACED ON 23 OF AUGUST 2016,STATED 3-5 DAYS DELIVERY,HAVE EMAILED TWICE BUT NO ANSWER,NEED REFUND,WOULD BE NICE TO REPLY TO MY EMAILS

I have received the wrong item and have been trying to contact your company several times through email and phone calls with no luck. Very poor service!!

The stitching is very poor and in 3 places missing. Because I needed the valance sheet as I had visitors in my newly decorated bedroom I had to sew all spaces where the frill attaches, one space 3ins long. I have telephoned your office 3 times but have not received any response. Your lack of interest in your customers is appalling. Therefore I require you to refund my payment of £24. 93p

Was sent completely the wrong item , when I checked the website the item I had ordered was now showing as out of stock ! So I don't know if I was sent a random alternative ! No-one answers the phone , left 2 messages , emailed and then eventually got a reply , was sent a prepaid label, I sent the return on the wednesday , they received it friday , I then had to email several times to chase the refund , finally refund the wednesday after . Not impressed !! Won't be ordering again !

I ordered my curtains over 2 weeks ago and haven't yet received them. I contacted the customer services dept 3 days ago to see what had happened to my order and was told that order tracking showed that it had been despatched. The person I spoke to promised to call me back or leave a message. I am still waiting for a call. My bank statement shows that Textiles Direct have taken money from my account but i do not have the goods which I have paid for. Since placing my order I have had no communication about it either by email or phone to confirm puchase or the order status. I will not be ordering any more items online from this company.

Terrible customer service policies and low quality products! Purchased pillows and duvet which I had to throw away after just 3 months of usage, as there were feathers coming out everywhere and completely unusable. Contacted customer service and after waiting for three days, I was told that there was nothing they could do as I had already thrown the pillows and duvet away. They didn't suggested anything at all to rectify the situation. Definitely not the service I expected, especially keeping in mind that reputable companies offer up to 5-year guarantee on feather and down products! Avoid this company!

I ordered the bedding on 3rd December by 15th Dec it had not arrived I phoned spoke to one of your people who said it would be despatched that day I waited until 21st Dec? still not arrived so I phoned again only to be told that the bedding was out of stock and not available and I should never have been told that was going to be despatched in the first place the person I spoke said they would cancel the order and send a full refund of which I am still waiting for

Really disappointed with the quality - I washed the bedding twice and the seams on the silver detailing started fraying and coming apart! Although it wasn't expensive, I expected it to last longer than it has - wouldn't buy from this company again.

Ordered a fitted sheet and what i hoped was matching pillowcases! Sounds simple enough right! But no the flimsy sheet (complete with a hole) was a completely different colour! Alltho the cases look like they are made better than the sheet, which i doubt will even make it to 1 wash! The material is thin and shiny and not very good atall. And im not going to pay to return the sheet and i would not want a another one!!

The curtains are so thin they are see through. There are threads pulled in the curtains as well. On the review it said not to dry clean but on the label it said dry clean only but also to wash the first time. So which is it. AS for the tiebacks!!! Well the rings are rusty thus making the tiebacks have rust marks on them. Not amused and very unhappy.

The Fleur Curtains are wafer thin and have threads pulled . It says on the advert they are not to be dry cleaned but on the label it says dry clean only but to wash first time!!!!!! The cushion covers are different shades of cream. Not impressed.
