“I have no problem whatsoever with your efficient service but I am disappointed with my purchase. I am still airing it outside on the washing line. It is a goose feather & down - king sized duvet, it has a really strong smell of 'fowl', the label suggests a 48 hour airing before use, I have aired it outdoors for four consecutive days and am still not 100% sure about it - my fear is that the odour will return when the duvet is in contact with a warm body!”
