“The blackout curtains arrived quickly and were as descibed however they were not as effective as I hoped. It was nearly light enough to read by when the curtains were shut in daylight.”

I contacted customer service by e-mail and, although there was a delay in responding, Sarah in customer service resolved the issue very efficiently and I now have what I ordered, a few days late but at no additional cost.
