“We were well looked after and the magician was excellent. Only minor criticism is that we returned slightly early and to extend the bar bill we had to essentially write a blank check as the staff were not able to tell us the additional cost on the boat. Overall would be happy to use the company again.”

“It was a beautiful evening, and the staff were very friendly and fanastically helpful and flexible on the day of the event. Many of our wedding guests say that their favourite and most memorable moments came aboard the boat”

“The Erasmus was a lovely boat that added a little luxury to our event. The event ran smoothly and was a great evening that was enjoyed by all. Especially grateful for going back to the pier to collect a couple of late comers!”

“Voyage was VERY GOOD INDEED. Captain, crew and Service were most obliging, caring and UNDERSTANDING OF PEOPLE'S NEEDS. Management experience, however, bad! Naturally I had to see the boat when arranging for elderly, some frail contemporaries. I was told 15 mins walk from Tower Hill or London Bridge stations whereas Cabbie said it to be 40! Had to ASK for rest and facilities on arrival. Louisa then went on holiday, no acknowledgment of cheque. Had not seen Tower Pier! Access: NO WHEELCHAIR KEY for frail guest who became more so, though wheelchairs were there! Two friends could only just support her to her cab. Very distressing! U”

“The staff from start to finish could not have been more helpful. Claudia was great & patient as we arranged everything. The staff on board were out of this world - courteous, efficient and most helpful. It could not have been more perfect. It was our second time of using the Elizabethan paddle boat. Two people on the night now want to use it for their special occasions. Well done everyone!”

“We've had our big day on the Elizabethan on 30th July 2016. I should say everything was perfect. The staff were professional and very nice indeed, and the food was delicious. Almost all of our guests were saying what a great venue and what a great idea! If you are looking for a different, but very enjoyable experience, I totally recommend this option!”

“Everything from the initial planning with Nicolle, to the actual day on MV Erasmus with Prish at the helm was amazing. Our wedding reception was a surprise for many and the cruise certainly made the day very different to standard weddings. All 90 guests have and keep telling us how magical the Thames Trip was, so a big thank you from Steve and Mary to TLC and all the staff.”

“Excellent vessel, staff and surprisingly good food for a BBQ on the move! Perfect for an office party. My only concern is that TLC have started charging for use of the onboard PA system to play our own music. The charge was waived for us on this occassion but I do not think it is reasonable in any case to charge for use of the onboard system.”

“Efficient, courteous, and welcoming. Food excellent - lovely variety of dishes. Freedom to walk anywhere on board. Wines and other drinks met our needs entirely. So good to have the ability to choose more or less of your house wines.”

“The Captain and his "mate" looked after us very well and the children felt safe with him. The trip was very interesting and he told us things that we didn't know about the sights. We were well catered for with drinks and we all thoroughly enjoyed the day.”
