“Ax alwyas this was an excellent event well run by the company. The DJ this year was much better and more in tune with the sort of music that our students will dance to. The food had mixed reviews from excellent to awful. The sandwiches were great but the skewers not so good. I think last years menu was much better and gave more choice. However I cannot fault the trip overall. The crew and Zoe have been superb. Thanks as always. tim”

“Good morning Kirsten, just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful evening last Sunday aboard the Dixie Queen. From start to finish it was simply excellent. From the reception drink onwards things went extremely smoothly. All the crew, bar staff and waiting staff were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them. In particular Stephane was simply superb, liaising frequently to ensure our wishes were met. The quality of the meal was excellent - by far the best for several years. Stephane also arranged for the tables to be moved quickly at the end of the meal (and that those tables were fed first) so that the maximum amount of dancing time was had by all - there was slight confusion here as he suggested moving the six from the dance floor rather than four from there and four from the stage as we had discussed but when I explained he was more than happy to comply with what you had suggested. All in all it was so much fun and parents, pupils and the staff who attended were unanimous in their praise, disappointed that it seemed to go so quickly and so wanting more. I only have one tiny criticism and that is that it appeared as though the deck had been hosed down just prior to us boarding and this meant that it was a) extremely slippery to walk on and b) several quite large puddles had accumulated which led to several of the ladies' dresses getting wet right at the start of the evening. Indeed these puddles were still there at the end of the night. Perhaps if the deck is hosed down it could then also be swept to get rid of the puddles. Thanks to you and the whole team for your organisation and again to all those who were part of another spectacular event.”

“We hired the Edwardian for a 3 hour tour of the Thames ahead of our wedding to welcome many out of town guests to London. The booking staff were incredible in helping to plan our day, and the event management team on the boat ensured that everything ran smoothly. Our guests could not stop complimenting us on the delightfulness of the boat cruise and the tastings of the catering. We would highly recommend TLC to anyone looking to host a unique and enjoyable event.”

“The customer event was a great success and I have received very positive feedback from all who attended. Louisa was very thorough during the booking process and made the organisation run very smoothly, the captain on board was very accommodating allowing us extra time to enjoy Tower Bridge when it opened, the chef (Andy) was also very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and the bar staff were also very friendly and efficient. “The crew was outstanding. The attention was impressive. The only complaint is the sandwiches were not made to specifications. Specifically we asked for plain sandwiches where condiments were added to taste preference and allegeries. All sandwiches were already dressed with salad and dressings which caused a problem for those who could not eat the pre-arranged sandwich.”

“I had such a memorable time on the Edwardian.since when I first decided Where I wanted to hold my 80 th birthday luncheon , I had nothing but Great help from Zoe who was looking after me so well . Nothing was too Much trouble for her . When I was on board last Friday , the crew and staff We're all great . Even when one of my guests was unwell they managed To get a wheelchair for him , to take him back to the coach--- I could highly recommend you to friends ------ Thank. You”

“Thank you for a lovely evening. My colleague and I had a lovely time and enjoyed meeting other people who also worked in events. The catering was excellent - and it was a nice surprise to have a full meal (rather than just canapes)! Overall - lovely event - can't fault it - but wish it didn't have to end so early! Thank you!”

“Fantastic venue serving great food and drinks, including some fab cocktails. Going under Tower Bridge at sunset was a wonderful experience, especially as we were so fortunate with the weather. Entertainment was excellent, as was the all round experience.”

“Of course the whole event was made extra special because of the incredibly good weather!! The whole experience was exceptional. “Thank you for a lovely summer evening on the Dixie Queen last week! The boat was looking great in the sunshine, the food was delicious (we liked the food stations inside & loved the BBQ outside) & the Hayward Sisters provided a great collection of music! The new seating arrangement with round tables allows for a more sociable (and flexible) setting.”
