“I have taken 8 lessons from AA driving school. The instructor Monowara Chowdhury is worst instructor. She just doing time pass and tries to make you not fit for driving so that you will come to her for many more lessons, that way she can earn more money from you. She asked me to not book through AA and offered her personal bank account details to transfer money directly to book lessons. She and AA both are waste. Don’t waste money and time with AA. For sure you will loose your driving confidence if you land here with AA.”

“My instructor Mr. Karim (Leicester) cancelled on me less than 24 hours before the test without prior notice, causing me to lose my test date and fee. He raised his voice at me and asked me to go to the police station if I wasn't happy with his opinion. Didn't do his penultimate lesson and didn't refund. Complaints team said they couldn't do anything as I had no evidence. Terrible. I would never recommend AA”

“The AA Driving School introduced me to Jesuthasan Rajkumar, who is an amazing instrcutor and I am very grateful to have been taught by him. He explains different ideas clearly and makes sure you understand. He is a very good instructor and am very happy wih my experience.”

“I booked my daughter 10 hours of driving lessons. The first instructor cancelled. Then booked another instructor who didn’t turn up and sent me a message saying “you may have cancelled it please check”. I think I’d know if I’d cancelled a lesson. I’m not impressed at all. The customer service has been good and my refund is being processed. But I don’t recommend”

“I went to AA school and thank god passed first time round, thanks to Jesuthasan Rajkumar (AA Driving Instructurer). He was the best when it came to teaching and within 3 months passed first time round.”

“My experience in AA Driving School was exceptional. My instructor, Kajanraj Thavayogan really took time to understand my weaknesses and strengths thereby, working with these acquired information to fully prepare me for the actual test. Kajanraj was patient by repeatedly teaching me safe and technical driving skills until they grew on me, all within two weeks. Without a doubt, I got value for my money and I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and family to AA Driving school. Thanks Raj.”

“I’ve had a horrible experience. I texted them a day before the class that I tested positive for COVID and I would rather reschedule to not put the instructor at risk. They told me it’s too late and I will be charged anyway. Absolutely ridiculous. The instructor was rude about it too. Avoid at all cost. I would never trust them again.”

“Mr Sohail Ayub is a really great instructor. I was a bit nervous when I have my first driving lesson, he was really patient and explained things very clearly. When I have questions, he didn’t mind to explain them slowly for more times. I gained confidence as a new driver and I found driving interesting and fun rather than scary. I look forward to the next driving lesson thanks to Mr Sohail Ayub. Highly recommend him as a driving instructor! Thanks a lot!”

“I have just passed and It wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for Raj! Very professional and informative and has good explaining techniques for you to pass quickly. I’m really grateful and happy I booked with AA and received Raj as an instructor. Highly recommend!”
