“Jack and Steve have been fantastic throughout my journey of simplifying and decluttering my Naim system. I knew I wanted a Nova and a new set of speakers to replace my NDX/282/555 PS/250-2/Supercap/SL2s and wanted to add a turntable. Jack agreed a very competitive trade in price for the old kit. Jack and I then spent a good amount of time discussing my options and I chose a Rega P6 turntable along with the Nova as the core of the system. I then had a very enjoyable afternoon auditioning speakers at Audiobarn. They have an incredible selection of speakers to test. It came down to a choice between two and I was able to audition both at home when Steve came to install the P6 and Nova. This was even though I live one and a half hours away. I settled on the Focal Kanta No 1s. I have been a happy listener ever since not missing my old system at all. Jack and Steve delivered a superb customer experience and I would highly recommend them to all.”

“I had an excellent experience with Audiobarn. I traded in my old Chord DAC 64 for the Chord Electronics M Scaler. I received a reasonable trade in price and I am very happy with the M Scaler. Jack replied to my emails promptly, all communications went very smoothly. The M Scaler arrived at my home address promptly and there was no delivery charge. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Audiobard”

“Audiobarn is simply the nicest environment to consider and purchase your hi-fi. Suppliers are well chosen to make your choice easier and not a hint of upselling. Jack always remembers the kit you already have to ensure what you purchase is well balanced. And of course plenty of home demoing available.”

“Great service from Jack and Steve at the Audiobarn. Offered both an at home and in store audition for a recent upgrade. Really helpfully set up a few different combinations of kit to evaluate what made the most difference to sound quality and help to plan for future upgrade path. Good trade in too.”

“Just before Christmas i decided to upgrade my Chord 2 qute Dac , so i took a trip to the Audiobarn . I go here because i know Jack and Steve who manage the Audiobarn offer exceptional advice and service . I tried various combinations , all at home in my system . A Chord qutest on its own , then the qutest with M scaler, then a Chord TT2 . I decided to buy the TT2 . Audiobarn gave me a very good part exchange on this deal . Once again very happy.”

“A wonderful experience with Jack and Steve at The Audiobarn. Following on from a great purchase of a preowned SN2 I traded in my Naim Atom for an ND5 XS 2. A very fair trade in was given and the whole experience was very enjoyable. Just looking for another excuse to visit again!”

“I Bought a new Nait xs 3 and Rega Gloss black P3 Turntable, all was well with the Rega but the Nait had an issue with channel balance, Jack didn't hesitate to have it replaced, unfortunately the replacement had the same fault different channel this time, it was a Good job Jack and Steve opened it to check for me before going home. A third Nait was ordered whilst i was in store with the aid of a Naim representative who was visiting the store at that time. Jack said when the replacement Nait arrives which was only a few days later he would deliver to my home, this was a lot more than i was expecting to happen. Thanks to Naim for the quick turnaround hopefully i was just unlucky, but massive thanks to Jack and Steve at the the Audiobarn all done a few weeks before Christmas a very busy time for them. OF COURSE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.”

“I first discovered the Audiobarn by chance, and after having a conversation with Jack on the phone I knew that I had to make a trip down there.Well I was more than impressed with the service and knowledge I received from Jack.The rest is history as they say,I have been a customer now with the Audiobarn for a couple of years.I have finally found a great place for all my Hi-Fi needs, and Jack and Steve are always happy to discuss any Hi-Fi concerns or issues I may have.Couldn't rate the place highly enough.
