“This is my second purchase from black bow. Both products were exactly as expected and beautiful. I love that the sterling silver doesn't cause my sensitive skin to react. The quality is great!”

“I had to return the necklace because I wanted a longer chain and a thicker chain. Service was great. I have asked for a refund and hope that that will be satisfactory. Thank you, Martha Wilhelm”

“It's really hard to truly know hoe a piece of jewelry looks when you are buying it online. But I felt good about this company. And received my necklace yesterday and was so pleased I immediately order the same necklace in a different length.”

“Fast delivery and excellent quality sterling silver chain; a style I've been looking for a while, but rare to find in a men's design (rounded links). Price was competitive and the first-time discount made it a no brainer. Thank you.”
