“There was a problem with my original order. A necklace was shipped instead of the charm that I had ordered. After calling customer service, a new charm was shipped to me and I had to return the necklace. A packaging label was emailed to me so I attached that to the box when the charm arrived, swapped out the items, and put the box in the mailbox to return. The pieces look great but the mix-up was a bit of a hassle.”

“I had a wonderful personal experience with The Black Bow Jewelry Co. I needed a custom charm as a graduation gift, immediately, and they made sure to get it to me within a few days wrapped in the most adorable box with, none other than, a big black bow. The charm is beautiful, and I can't wait to gift it to the lucky graduate this weekend.”
