“Fantastic customer service! Had to make a couple of returns to exchange for a better fit and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Finally got the silver chain I selected and quality and look was perfect! Will definitely purchase from Black Bow again in the future.”

“I usually am quite pleased with my purchases from your company. But I’m sorry to say that my last purchase of a custom made necklace was not what I expected. It was smaller than it was presented online. And the stones don’t stand out very well. The chain is very thin and fragile. I’m afraid I don’t think it was worth the price. However, that being said, your customer service is great and I’ll probably purchase again when something catches my eye!”
