“Everything went fine. The bracelet ordered is perfect. We had. I little miss match on the first order but you reconciled it and I reordered the one I wanted and the price was really fair considering what I paid for the other one I have from another jewelry store. Dazzles and glittery to the eye a beautiful 14k rope bracelet. Definitely recommend your store. I’ll be looking down the road for an add on rope necklace to go with my others.”

“The silver cross I purchased for my grandson was my 2nd purchase from Black Bow. I was very pleased with a chain I had bought earlier. I was equally pleased with the look and quality of the cross. More importantly my grandson loved it and wears it every day.”

“I purchased a USF silver charm for my daughter’s graduation in May. It was to be added to her Pandora bracelet. The charm came with some markings so I sent it back for an exchange. What I appreciated the most, is the fact that Black Bow is all about customer service and they were quick to make it right and sent me a new charm. I will definitely order from this company again. Thank you kindly, Lora from St. Pete, FL”
