“the whole journey was made very simple, the staff were very helpful from the time I decided to make the journey to the day that I arrived to purchase my wine. while at the store the staff were very helpful in the sellection and purchase of the wine. very please with the whole experience”

“The store is very conveniently placed & easy to find. my order was ready, correctly made up & service was prompt. The store is clean & bright, & the staff are polite & competent. Calais wines, whilst not the only wine seller i use, has an excellent range of wines at very competitive prices, & is an essential part of my visits to France.”

“We used Calais Wines to purchase wine for our wedding. Big selection of wines at great prices. Finding Calais wines from the ferry port is easy, the whole process from arriving at Dover to collecting the wine is really simple. Staff we really helpful. Would thoroughly recommend. Thankc”

“Around twice a year I make a 400 mile (640 km) round trip to visit Calais Wine and, together with a pot of mussels at La Parisienne in Cite Europe, it is a highlight of my shopping year. I leave home at 04.30, catch the 08.30 ferry out of Dover and return on the 17.15 ferry out of Calais getting back home around 21.00. The staff at Calais Wine are helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, friendly and welcoming. They all speak excellent English and laugh WITH me at my feeble attempt to recall my schoolboy French of 50 years ago. Excellent products at excellent prices. I am NO fan of shopping and spend many hours sitting outside shops in the UK waiting for my wife and talking to anyone who will pass the time of day with me. Not so on a day out to Calais Wine. Love every minute of my day!”

“I have been buying my wines from the Calais Wine Superstore and find the staff very friendly and always ready to give informed advice. (I wish that they still offered Para Alta or Otra Vida Argentinian Malbec though!!)”

“Super service, order on line in January and it was ready and waiting just needed to add a some wine I did not order on line, no problem it was added and we were on our way. Hope to be back in April to top up till January 2017. Mr and Mrs R. Stewart”

“The Staff are very friendly and very helpful, The system is extremely easy, I merely order on line, and when I turn up at the Store the wine is all on a trolley ready for me to load , and if necessary a member of staff will help me load it into my car. It's as easy as that. The fact that they are extremely competitive is a huge bonus.”
