“Fantastic value and excellent selection of wines. I only visit once a year and do a 'big shop' after sending an order in advance to get the free ferry crossing. Unfortunately I needed to change the order somewhat and, because I could not do this online, it created some problems when I came to collect. It would help if your website included a facility to modify an order once placed. As usual all the staff were very helpful and even took the well laden trolleys down that tricky ramp. See you next year Allan”

“I am a regular visitor, and always find my online order, correct and ready to go. The staff are always helpful, and willing to help. The tasting room is great, and stops that annoying feeling of buying the wrong wine when you get home. Would love to see a few more robust Reds from the USA, but hey, you can't have everything. This place really is your one stop shop, when in France.”

“Recognisable wines, taste before you buy, preorder and waiting when you arrive, low prices, good web site, pay in ££, Shuttle ticket provided, lovely lunch in Calais, home by dinner time. What's not to like?!”

“Delighted with the free tunnel fare. Our order was ready for us on arrival. No problem to make last minute changes to the order. Would have appreciated being able to taste the contents of the bag in boxes, though . Otherwise, more than satisfied.”

“Visited the store in March 2016, third visit and once again all went really well, we pre ordered to again take advantage of the free eurotunnel offer, my wife ordered a Sauvignon blanc which we tasted when we arrived, it wasn't as good as we thought so we changed the order to another one, which wasn't in the testing area, so one of the guys went to the shop floor and opened the chosen bottle, as easy as that! All the staff are welcoming and polite, so easy, I've even done the trip in an hour when I went on my own. I will definitely be returning, would recommend to anyone who likes a bargain and the odd tipple.”

“We have used Calais Wine many times and have never been disappointed. We usually pre order, and upon collection, we walk round the store, and exchange some or add more to our trolley. It's so easy, and the staff are very helpful and friendly .”

“Best place in Europe to buy wine, very good prices, many varieties of wine to choose from, order online and collect, orders are always ready when you arrive. The staff are always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Always have good offers, especially the free euro tunnel ticket or ferry crossing. Have been coming here for several years now, I would highly recommend The Calais Wine Superstore.”

“I was on a tight schedule and my order was all packed up and ready to go. Friendly, helpful staff. Great shop. ....In contrast to Pidou where I had pre-ordered 6 cases of Becks beer which I found when I got home and unpacked them, were passed their 'best before' date.”
