“The ECU pro was quick to send me clear instructions on how to ship my ECU. I sent it in for a repair and they ended up just emailing me a day after with a clear video showing it was functioning and an explanation email that I would be receiving a refund and only receive a testing fee. These are great honest people to work with.”

“I contacted ECU PRO after the ecu in my Mercedes suddenly died. They were patient and responsive to deal with, both through emails and phone calls, as we decided how to proceed with my unrepairable ecu. Once I got the required parts shipped in, they promptly made and delivered a clone. The clone failed shortly. While that may sound discouraging, I assure you this was a positive experience. In a car with no blank replacement available, they must source one through a wrecking yard. They have no way of knowing what the donor car went through, so a certain failure rate is to be expected. What impressed me was the response… they analyzed the failure, and determined it was different enough from my original to rule out a problem with my car. Many companies would’ve taken that opportunity to pass the buck. They moved me to the front of the cue and had another replacement clone here within days under warranty. They stand behind their product, and in these days that is a rarity.”

“I have a 2011 Mini Cooper S that had developed multiple issues. To start with the right footwell fuse and relay box was buzzing after I put the key fob in the ignition. Then later the lights stayed on after I had turned off the ignition, killing my battery. I replaced the footwell fuse module and the ignition which seemed to work for a short time. Then a few weeks later the lights wouldn’t turn off and the car started wouldn’t turn over. Everything pointed to the CAS module. So after looking for a solution I found ECU Pro. After initial contact, I sent my ecu , my CAS unit and my key to them. Soon as they received it they checked it and repaired it. Then they sent me a video with my units working in their test car! Two days later I received the cas and ecu units back and I installed them back into my car. It started and ran better than it has ever! ECU Pro is truly the best experience I have ever had in several decades working on cars. They are truly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their service, they are the best! Thank you again for the quick return!”
