“I am completely satisfied with the repair to my mini cooper frm module. Mini Cooper recalled it and after 4 months had no solution to the problem. My windows, blinkers, hazards, brake lights, sunroof didn't work. I had this module replaced by the Mini Cooper dealership where I purchased new in 2010. The new one did not work and they told me another module was bad charging me $1200 and another $900 but that was on indefinite back order. I had them remove it replace original one and that is when I sent it to ECU and now everything works just fine. I only wished I had just sent it off to begin with. It was easy to take out and replace and they provided a video. I am a 63 yr old woman so don't doubt yourself because you can do this. The turn around time for service was great. I mailed it on a Thursday afternoon by USPS in bubble wrap with bubble wrap envelope they received on Friday. I received it back by Fed Ex Express on Tuesday. I called them to ask a question about the battery cable they referred to in directions and they were great in telling me what to do. I will recommend them to anyone with Mini or BMW problems. Excellent customer service and easy to navigate online info that you give them before sending.”

“These guys were amazing at helping check my card “brains”. Just know that the agents are very “customer friendly”. They sound mad and in a hurry to get you off the phone! I still give them a 5 because they were knowledgeable and helpful but make you feel like you’re a bother! Just be advised!”

“I sent my CPC4 from my 2018 freightliner in. The ECU Pro team kept a clear line of communication the whole time and notified me promptly of the service being complete and their findings. Got my cpc back and my truck is back up and running! Thanks ECU team!”

“Received my DME/CAS and key , my car wouldn’t start so I had to take it to Mechanics AAA their saying the code is saying bad DME / computer P1720(1-5) CAN Timeout Control Module P1747 (2/5) CAN-Bus Monitoring PO700 P1720 I’m really in a bind and want my car back on the road Key also didn’t work by pressing so it’s not programmed”
