“Quick and easy process for BMW FRM repair. Tech support answered my questions on the phone before sending the unit and they gave me e-mail updates throughout the process when my FRM arrived, and when it was repaired and shipped back. They provided me with directions for reinstalling and it was plug and play and back to normal.”

“Best service and price to have my FRM repaired on my BMW. They got it back to me right away and their website is so helpful on instructions on how to remove it. I definitely will be recommending them and also using them again if I ever need anything done with my car.”

“First and foremost, the website is very easy to navigate. I still had to call because I had additional questions: to which they were answered. Both employees that I spoke to were very knowledgeable and took their time answering my questions. The time is as stated, and they worked within that timeline. Also, they communicate updates as they happen. I knew when my part arrived to them and when it was repaired (to include exactly what was wrong & what they did to fix it). You are fully informed about the progress. Let’s talk pricing: it is definitely priced just right. Buying a new part was not in the cards at this time, so “The ECU Pro” came through exactly when needed. I will definitely be recommending this to my friends who are mechanics struggling to get ECU’s for their customers vehicles”

“Both online and on the phone ECUPro was a pleasure to deal with. They have a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. I filled out the form got my number and mailed in my module. They had it diagnosed and repaired in just a couple days and on its way back to me. I had dealt with other companies and no one else offered the quick efficient and affordable service that they did. I will definitely recommend them to others, and we will definitely be using them again in the future.”
