“Car was dead with no communication. Awesome experience. Hassle free just sent in the parts and waited for the test results. I did need a new DME and that was simple too. Installed and the car runs again. I hope I do t need to but I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.”

“Awesome job! Got working windows,blinkers and lights again. ECU did a terrific job on this FRM module. 2 days to ship it there 1 day working on it 3 days to ship back. Really outstanding job can't ask for much better. Outstanding work and Awesome job from ECU techs. Will definitely recommend to others.”

“I had consistent misfires on cylinders 1, 2, and 3 along with O2 sensor errors. After replacing coils and O2 sensors, I discovered the real issue was a bad previous repair on the DME. I sent it to ECU Pro, and it was replaced due to that damage. Everything has been working great so far. My only complaint is their use of FedEx for shipping. I’d recommend ECU Pro to diagnose or repair your DME before throwing parts at your Bimmer.”

“For the ECU Pro Review ECU Pro did a great job replacing my BMW X3 DME. It plugged and played perfectly in my car with the AWS and key all working together. They sent a video of the DME error free and functioning on one of their many test vehicles. Easy to reach customer service. I very highly recommend ECU Pro.”

“When my car stopped running while I was driving, it set off a chain of events that I couldn’t have imagined. After ruling out all the other possibilities I finally had to admit that the ECU had failed. Once I accepted that one of the more expensive components of the car was the culprit I felt a sense of relief that I had at least figured out what was wrong. That should have been the end of the story. But it was the beginning of a long and painful process of finding a company to get the part either repaired or replaced. After lots of Googling, calling and forum searching I came up with a company. I sent them the part and the money only to have everything returned because they couldn’t fix it. Finally I contacted The ECU Pros. It had an easy website to navigate, with the process clearly laid out on getting them my old ECU for testing and/or replacement. So I sent them the part and was contacted several days later with the news that the part needed replacing. Thankfully they were able to provide a replacement and send it back to me. I can’t tell you the relief upon having this entire process behind me and the car back on the road. The ECU Pro was the only company I was able to turn to in order to get back on track.”

“I recently sent both ECU and FEM module units to perform a full diagnostic test on my 2016 BMW 328I. The communication with The ECU Pro's was great! and the Pro's overall, perfomance of both modules met my expectations. They delivered accurate results, I would recommend sending your units to get the a high level advanced diagnostics on any modern vehucles. Regards, Anthony”

“I found ECU Pro with Google. Their website was very easy to navigate. I followed the video instructions and was able to ship my items. They were very quick to test and determined my issues. They were able to correct it and provided a video of my items on a test car. I would highly recommend them and plan on sharing this review on google.”

“Being naive adout ECU and recovery issues, I really didn't know much, or, indeed, know what to look for. I found ECU Pro online, and was pleased with their explanation and process. Analysis first, and then repair. Their work was done in a timely manner, around the Thanksgiving holiday, and I am happy to report that the ECU worked the first time, and every time since. Reasonable pricing, very reasonable people and I would recommend them with no reservations.”
