“This was my first time to use ECU Pro. As a business owner I tell people all of the time that even crappy businesses can trip through doing it right. Businesses are all trying to get it right every time, but we are human and the world is imperfect place so 100% is never possible. Where a company has a real opportunity to shine is when they get it wrong or something doesn't go as planned. Then you really get to see what that company and it's staff are made of. Auto Service and items like control units are no different. On the first go we got an EIS that was in operable but ECU made it right and made it right as quickly as possible, even eating the postage to overnight the replacment. I am giving ECU Pro 5 stars for getting client service right after a stumble. They stayed in communication and kept me updated until it was done. It was nice to have them do all that they could because on my end I had to do the same for my client that this affected. Thank you to all the staff at ECU Pro for the efforts, it was appreciated and noticed and myself and my company will not hesitate to utilize their services again.”

“Sent my Paccar PCI in for testing after having a crank no start condition along with no communication to retrieve fault codes. Shortly after I mailed my PCI they received it and immediately emailed me when they received it. It only took two days total for the repair to be completed and mailed out. Although when I got it back I did notice a tab where one of the fasteners is held down by was broken most likely due to the technician prying the PCI open. I emailed customer service about it, with photos and no one responded back. I wanted to know why I wasn’t made aware of this before it was shipped back to me. It’s a critical area that needs to be sealed entirely so water doesn’t intrude. Nonetheless it came back in working order and it beats buying a whole new one.”

“Fixed my ECU for my b8 s5! had ghost codes for random missfire, and some others. got me all fixed up and back on the road. Jackal tuned, AWE full exhaust and catless downpipes, full jxb shifter billet upgrade kit. Custom Painted 3 stage pearl in BASF 100-Line paint!”

“I purchased an ECU for my 2015 Mini Cooper Roadster S from The ECU Pro after dealing with a very annoying misfire issue that wouldn’t go away, even after replacing coils and spark plugs. I installed their ECU and honestly, I was shocked how smooth everything was. The misfire completely disappeared, the car runs clean, idles smooth, and acceleration feels strong again. No more engine shaking or hesitation. The whole process was simple and professional. Shipping was quick, the ECU came well packaged, and support was responsive when I had questions. “This was by far the most stream lined testing procedure I have ever been apart of. They did exactly as advertised on their website. Not to mention they care about their customers, even going so far as giving advice and support for the car itself and not just the ECU. I would suggest their service to anyone. “Sharp and to the point, no nonsense service(which i personally appreciate). Being out of country, i was a bit apprehensive, bit within the week my stuff (DME+CAS+KEY)was back. Installed and the Beemer fired up barely touching the start button! Extremely satisfied and recommending them highly!”
