“4 stars is generally the best reveiw I'll give, but they nailed it however. The website was so easy to use and functional. They helped ensure that it was my FRM that was bad, BEFORE I removed and shipped it. They also have a detailed step-by-step process for the entire repair. “Integrity. The first word that came to my mind. Had the ECU installed within 15 minutes of it being delivered and I have had no issues with the vehicle. You fix it for the agreed price but could have claimed it was unrepairable and charged more.”

“Great serivce and communication. Knew I needed a new FRM from water damage. Did have to wait a few days for a replacement to come in. Was kept up to date on schedule and part worked well after thoroughly cleaning contacts in wiring harness. Video of part in their car gives piece of mind. Would recommend/use again.”
