“ECU Pro did an outstanding job of troubleshooting my 2003 SL500 EIS module and recommending the correct course of action to get me back up and running. They were very thorough and offered options to correct the issue. There communication via email was fast and accurate and easy to understand. The replacement EIS is back in the car and works perfectly with the newly programmed extra FOB. Shipping are repairs were fast.”

“Footwell Module on my 2013 bmw 328i went bad when I had to replace the alternator. Repair shop was going to to charge $1400 for parts labor and reprogramming. Found The ECU Pro online and figured it was worth a try. Paid $250 for the repair option + the extra $75 for express shipping. Was able to remove the module rather easily although not as easy as the guy in their video made it look. Not knowing exactly how the locking mechanism worked on each of the plugs made it more challenging than the guy in the video who looked like he could do it in his sleep. I did end up taking the panel above the pedals off to get better access and that helped. Shipped part per the instructions provided and got regular communication from ECU from the time they received it to the time they shipped it back approx 24 hours later. Got the part the next day and had it reinstalled in about 10 minutes. Saved me over $1000. Highly recommend.”

“The ECU Pro Team repaired the serial bit data communications that allowed my 2011 BMW 528i to communicate to water pump, alternator and oil sensor. Very greatful for the timely repair and return on the MSV90 ECM, well worth the price.”

“Selecting The ECU Pro was The Best Decision I made in resolving my car issue. This guys are Great!! My Mercedes died on me fob would not lock/unlock or start the car. I could’ve .. called an electronics lock smith for $500 + & not gaurantee, or .. as I Did the ECU Pro who combined cost of diagnosis with the repair new programmed fob key. They did what they advertised with No Surprises/ hidden cost. TU ECO Pro I will continue to recommend your services = Great Job”

“Excellent experiance, and flowless process. These guys are awsome! My 545I BMW, known for EMS/CAS loss of sync or what some may call it as "Bricked" ; a crank no start condition where the value of your CAS did not match that of your ECU, causing a crank no start condition. ECU Pro team resync the starting value of CAS and ECU fixing the issue. This issue often occurs when the battery is disconnected and/or when the vehicle is attempted to be started when voltage is low. I was shoked to see a video from them with my equipment working!!! Great people and reasonable prices (excellent price!!)”

“The service and professionalism was excellent. They made the process of releasing the most important parts to my car to strangers very comfortable. Gave prefect instructions on how the process would go, updated every step of the way ,quickly returned my items after the service was completed and my husband car that he refuses to give up is back up and running! “Submitting this for anyone who may have seen The ECU Pro come up in searches for VW repair as there are not many reviews from the VW side. For reference: 2015 golf sportwagen TDI with a no start condition and various other codes. Took the chance and shipped my unit. Was notified of status report and ECD along the way. ECU Pro successfully identified ground pins which were shorted and fixed accordingly to get the computer communicating again. Return shipping was prompt, hooked ecu back up to vehicle and fired right up. So far so good - will update if anything changes. Overall great experience thus far and couldn’t complain for the price and turn around time.”
