They found that one of my modules was defective, helped me source the right one - as it turned out to be very rare- and they were able to copy all of my vehicle data to the new DME without any problems. “Excellent Business!! Sent in footwell module, and tracking showed it arrived on Saturday. Item was diagnosed, repaired and back in the mail on Monday and I had it back in the car on Tuesday afternoon. Received several communications letting me know what was happening and the final invoice. Even though there were somewhat cheaper options, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend and i will not hesitate to use again if needed.”
