“I sent in an engine control unit from an ML550. Their pricing was fair and the service was excellent. 6-8 business day turnaround and my car was back on the road. Communication was a bit slow in response to messages I sent but I assume that is because they are busy cranking out repairs for lots of people.”

“I just want to say I'm very satisfied with the work done on my ECM. The whole process was simple and straight to the point. I sent what was requested and after the repair was done, I received my ECM in about 7 working days. I installed it in my car and on the first crank, it started. I have a 2011 BMW 535i that was down for about 6 months. Thanks to ECU PROS, my car is up a running. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ECU PROS for ecm repairs.”

“Almost perfect! Bottom line: For a reasonable cost, ECU Pro was able to clone my beyond repair ECU onto a refurbished unit that worked flawlessly, but they weren't able to start evaluation/work on the unit for almost 2 weeks. Overall would rate them 4.5 stars. Would definitely use them again. Details: Order placement was a thorough, but easy process; progress tracking on website worked (but didn't provide time to completion estimates); return shipping was perfect. Would advise that you call ahead to ask about current lead-times, as it seems they sometimes get a little backlogged with orders. Only suggestion for ECU Pro is to be proactive in letting customers know about lead-times.”

“The ECU for my Mini shorted out the way many do when the valve cover gasket leaked oil into a coil pack. The dealer quoted me $2400 and I would have had to the car 100 miles for the service. Luckily I found ECU Pro and sent mine in for repair. They repaired it for $500 and saved me a to. Of time and money. Plus they sent a video verification of it working in their Mini. Thank You.”

“Great service! I tracked my issue down to the CAS module on my e90 335i and packed the CAS, the ECU, and the key up and sent them off to The ECU Pro for testing and ultimately repair. The entire process took 14 days from the day I shipped it until the day I recieved my repaired CAS module. I replaced the parts and my issue was fixed... I'm a fan.”

“These guys are the real deal. Sent in PCM for my 06 Mercedez C230. PCM processors were shorted and was not repairable. Within 2 weeks they sent me a replacement plug and play PCM. No coding or key programming needed.”

“The ECU Pro team truly helped me with my intermittently faulty ECU module for my Mercedes Benz E350. I was facing a $5,000 repair cost. Long story short, they sent me a refurbished OEM ECU, cloned from my original ECU, for a fraction of the cost. Their online work order procedure kept me informed at every stage of the process. They provided test results and photos of my original ECU. They even gave specific instructions on how to "safely" remove and reinstall the ECU. The 6 month warranty also gave me confidence. The ECU Pro team are definitely pros!”

“The footwell module died on my 2011 MINI clubman, and thank goodness I found The ECU Pro!! Local shops wanted over a grand to fix it (don't even bother asking a dealership!), but luckily The ECU Pro were able to repair it for me! It was a bit awkward to take out and put back in, but easy enough following the YouTube video. Even if they had to replace the unit for me it would have been less than half the cost of a shop doing it! Thank you SOOOOO much for doing what you do!!”
