“They did great job in identifying the issue with my ECU. What others wanted to charge me over $2000 the ECU pro found the simple issue and fix it for only the test cost of $150!! Highly recommended”

“I had the FRM footwell module repaired in my 2011 BMW 328. Fixed all the random open door warnings and multiple inoperable lighting issues. The module was repaired and returned promptly. Saved me a lot of money by allowing me to DIY the repair instead of taking it to the dealer. Thank you!”

“BMW sent me a warranty extension for the FRM module in my 2010 E92 for up to 15 years. Since I had some ECU faults, I took the car to the dealer. They confirmed that the FRM should be replaced, but that my car had passed the 15 year mark by 8 months (nice of them to notify me 8 months late!), so therefore they would not replce it under the warranty, and I would have to pay $1800 to have it replaced. I did some online searching and found The ECU Pro. Unfortunately, they weren't able to repair my FRM for $250, so I had to pay $499 for them to clone my data onto another rebuilt FRM. But When I installed it, I had no more ECU faults, and $499 was better than $1800! Communication was great. They let me know when they received it, and then what the result was, and when they sent it back. The turnaround was very fast. I had my replacement FRM (and they also returned my faulty one) less than a week after I mailed it in.”

“The ECU Pro quickly validated and addressed my concern for the advertised price. My 2013 VW Golf R had a check engine light that would not go away for secondary o2 sensor (p0140) even after replacing the sensor and fixing exhaust leaks. Scan tool showed ground fluctuating for seoncary o2 sensor, which lead to thinking possibly an issue with the ECU. Purchased diagnosis, removed ECU from the car and shipped to The ECU Pro. They received it on a Friday, diagnosed it on Monday, told me the cost and sent me an invoice, ECU was repaired and shipped to me on Tuesday and back in the car on Wednesday. So far, so good, was able to get the car inspected and registered. Thanks!”

“Whoever the female is that answers the phone is so rude and has an attitude for no reason at all. I called for the first time as a new customer to ask if they worked on my car and was so extra about it then once I sent it in and wanted a update was rude for no reason at all”

“I was a little nervous sending my ecu in to an online company, but they were exactly as the name say PRO’s!!! They tested my ecu and found no problems and I had it back and in the car 2 days after being tested. They very easily could have told me my ecu was bad and that I needed to buy another through them but they are very honest, thorough, and fast!”
