“Wasnt 100% certain sending ecu in was gonna fix my problem but didnt know what elese to do so sent everything in got it back in timely fashion installed and shizam all problems corrected and i had at least 8 faults lights flashed contacters go crazy when starting check engine light and alot of other things were wrong absolutely corrected all my problems very greatful to everyone that worked on mine i didnt even talk to anyone i just followed there directions on website and 100% perfect thank you ECU PROS”

“These guys know their stuff. I have had to CAS modules sent in on different cars and they both have come back in working condition. I had another one sit in the heat too long in a car and they simple asked to send it back and they would fix it again at no charge. If you have an older model BMW you will eventually have a module fail and the cost of a dealership replacement will shock you. Thanks guy. Another satisfied customer.”

“We found The ECU Pros when we had the dreaded FRM module issue on a BMW we performed engine repair on, and we unhooked the battery. The day they received the module, they notified me they recieved it, within an hour, it was repaired, and by the end of the day on it's way back. Amazing!!! We were pleasantly surprised when we also recieved detailed instructions to ensure when we plugged it back in the module did not suffer another failure(its a BMW thing,) and it had a warranty!!! Thank you for their fast service, our customer was back on the road in less than 10 days. You can bet these guys are in my contacts for any module repair we need in the future!”

“Great service. Sent the Ecu from a fire damaged KW. Dealer wanted to buy a new one for $8k. Ecu Pro tested it for a few hundred bucks and gave me the peace of mind that we’re good to go.”

“I heard about ECU Pro from various forums and sites when researching an issue with my 2009 Mini Cooper S. I suspected there was something wrong with the CAS module based on my research and sent it in to The ECU Pro along with my ECU/DME and key for testing. They identified an issue with the control unit of the CAS and were able to fix it. I received my parts back a little over 2 weeks after sending them and feel like this turnaround time was impressive. They were very communicative during the process and I feel like they were knowledgable and honest in the work that was done. I would highly recommend The ECU Pro for services!”

“I called to ask questions, the office was closed due to it being after operating hours. The next day I received a telephone call. The lady on the phone was from ECU Pro. She answered my questions. I was at the UPS store to ship the part to them and I called again and she helped me through the shipping process. The part was fixed and returned within the same week. The car is fixed. I will definitely use them again if I need to.”

“I sent a corrupted BMW FRM to these guys for repair. The outbound and return freight took longer than the two days it took to fix my module. Once I got it back it took about thirty minutes to install and everything now works perfectly. I would highly recommend their services. AMK in Michigan”
