“Very good overall experience. After narrowing down the issue with my 2000 BMW Z3 to being a ECU problem, I researched and found The ECU Pro online. Excellent instructions on the parts you need to remove and send in for testing. They will test/fix/replace depending on what is required to get your ECU back up. In my case they had to replace. All communication was spot on and service was very quick considering it was over the 4th of July holiday. Received my ECU replacement in a few days, and after replacing the unit, my Z3 was back in action. All the codes cleared and car running like new again.”

“Phenomenal work. Needed the CAS module diagnosed on my 09 M3. Sent it in right before the 4th of July holiday Recieved it back maybe a week and a half later, with a video of it working and a description of the work done. Installed back in the car and minus the battery in the car being dead, car cranks right up and I no longer have codes when I read the ECU. very happy with the work and time frame on the work done. And supplying the video if it working, icing on the cake. Will recommend and use again if ever needed.”

“Fast turn around. Front windows are still not working but have not had time to troubleshoot the electrical circuit. Might be fuses might be bad frm coding. Do not know yet.”

“I went to the ECU pro with an ECU that had some pretty severe water damage and within 2 weeks, I had a perfect copy replacement that was ready for plug and play. They got a little backed up on my order which I personally don’t care about but I have heard their turn around time is only a few days. Customer service is awesome, they’ll have an answer to any question you have even if it doesn’t pertain to your order. Overall 10/10, absolutely worth the money and the trust.”
