“the ECU PRO staf are very helpful,curtious,profesional...they helped me from the begining of process of the repair of my 2007 bmw ECU..they guided me at every step of it..and they were very concen about the outcome of the repair,also their response time is very fast i woud even say its ecxellent. “Recently had an ecu repaired for my w204 coupe and it works exactly as it should. Car would start and die within a couple seconds every time so I pulled the ecu apart and found a fried capacitor. I sent it in to ECU Pro and it was repaired and shipped back within a week. The car starts right up and runs great with no lights on the dash. Highly recommend”

“Once part arrived, they performed test and diagnosed quickly (within a couple of days). They sent me a video showing that the new part worked correctly on their test vehicle, also showed the diagnostic computer coming up clean (no codes) on replacement part. There was a bit of delay getting the replacement mailed out due to the billing department creating the invoice but forgetting to send it to me. I had to call and find out what was going on. After calling, the billing department immediately emailed me the invoice. After that was squared away the replacement shipped immediately. Technicians were excellent. I highly recommend.”

“The process what straight forward. Sent my cas and ecu in to get repaired and once it was complete they sent it back. Appreciated the video they sent me to show that my cry was repaired and working correctly. Will definitely be using them again if needed!”

“The ECU PRO repaired the FRM in my 2011 BMW 328i. Their service was quick and the FRM was 100% plug and play with all features functioning correctly. Their reinstallation instructions recommended installing the FRM with the battery fully charged and connected! This was contrary to what I had heard before so I called to discuss their procedure. The tech was great and explained in detail their reasoning. I would highly recommend the ECU PRO.”

“Working with ECU pro was a pleasure everyone was involved were helpful and professional. The only downside wasn't their fault, FEDEX didn't deliver in 2 days it took a week even though the package was clearly marked 2day ship.”

“We are a European repair shop that has used and will continue to use ECU Pro. They are honest and extremely helpful in every situation we have had with them. Have sent in modules that were ok and they were honest and helped us pinpoint where our concern was coming from. They could have easily just said it was bad and charged us but they didn’t. I would extremely recommend ECU Pro.”

“Received and installed replacement ECU/DME computer, it has been 2 weeks now and the car has been working great. Will definitely recommend ECU for any testing of DME / ECU issues.”

“The support was great, the package came back very quickly and was installed right away. My windows would not go up, doors wouldn’t lock, and the lights would not turn on, but this fixed all my error codes and issues that I had.”
