“I sent my part to ecu pros and received it back in a timely manner. Car started about 5 times and would not start again. I had it towed to a local shop and they told me the eis had failed again. Not even worth the time and money I spent. Now will have to by a new part from the dealer and have it programmed. Too much hassle to have the part removed and send it again. Don't recommend this unless it is local to you.”

“I did a little research The ECU pro was recommended through a shop I work at and I made a phone call for a little tech support and they were very helpful and I knew what I was going to expect before I sent my ECM for repair.. I have the new one back it was all pre programmed and plug and play just as described… Very Happy”

“I didn’t get to drive my vehicle because now my air suspension won’t work. I have yet to confirm whether this is an ECU issue. Although this unit was well above the other sites asking price, I’m hoping that its customer service will make up for the difference.”

“Shipped everything out to them (DME, FEM and Key). They got to my order within a very short timely manner. Once they figured out what the issue was they sent me a few options, I chose a route and they got it all done with 2 days and shipped it to me. Happy with the service.”

“The company was very honest about my528i BMW computer. My mechanic told me I had to change the computer of the car . I sent the parts to ECU PRO, they test it and nothing was wrong with the computer. Very satisfied customer”

“Overall, ECU Pro has been easy to do business with. They have been helpful every time I call but do not allow phone conversations with the technicians. Unfortunately, I am still having some issues with tail light running lights that appear to be related to the FRM. They have agreed to make a new FRM replacement for me so hopefully that will solve my issues. I will update this review if I can.”
