“Was having issues with my FRM foot well board on my 2012 BMW X5. Multiple fault, codes, inoperable windows, and charging issues. Removed and sent the FRN board to the ECU pro. It was repaired very quickly and returned in just a few days. Received email updates along the way. Reinstall the board and have not had an issue since. Thank you ECU pro!”

“After one repair shop gave up and another misdiagnosed the issue, ECU pro was able to determine the issue to be a faulty DME and replaced the unit. After 18 months my driveway ornament is finally alive again. Only small suggestion would be to mark the defective unit (returned with replacement) but the included video of the DME running helped figure out which was the operational unit.”

“ECUPRO was key in helping me trouble shoot my 2003 C240 Mercedes, with 170k. Luckily for me the car died in my driveway, no fault codes logged but no crank, with the cooling fan running on full high. I like this car, but didn't want to spend thousands of dollars having it towed and possibly repaired. Thought for sure the ECU had failed, but ECUPRO proved me wrong, this was a huge help in ruling out this component ,turns out the problem was the SAM had failed. Found a used one on Ebay, and I was back in business. I couldn't justify spending thousands on a car this old, and with your help there is one less Mercedes in the junkyard ! Thank you for the great job that you do ,it is much appreciated. Ron Dickinson”

“I like the way when they tested it they sent me a video of it and an email letting me know what was going on and what has asked me what I wanted to do they were very clear on their findings and did everything just as they said they would”

“If the temperature drops below 20°F, I experience the first stall with the same symptoms. When I restart, the engine surges continuously between 800 and 1200 RPM, and the EML light comes on along with the yellow brake light and the 4x4 light. After about a minute of surging, I shut the engine off, wait a few seconds, restart, and everything runs fine again. Once the engine warms up even slightly, the stalling and surging never happen again, and I have no issues until the next cold morning. I sent my equipment to the pros, and they got the job done—A++++! Everything back to normal thank you guys”

“ECU Pro did exactly what they said they would do. They diagnosed the old ECU, found that the PCB board was degraded and could not be repaired, and programmed a replacement unit and shipped it promptly. They did a nice job and the car is running again!”

“Before moving forward with a seperate repair, I need to ensure that my BMW DME and FEM were communicating and working properly. ECUpros we're thorough, communicatibe and super professional. Finding no faults, I trusted that my problems were elsewhere on the car, which turned out to be the case. Leave it to the experts- send your units to ECUpros!!!”
