“I am very pleased with the work that ECUPro has done for me. After sending my unit in to test it needed replacement, they have offered me to purchase their replacement unit, but i request some time to purchase my own replacement unit and even provided me a list of models that works for my Mercedes CLK550. They were very patient to give me the extra time to find them my own replacement for programing. They were very kind to have me pay the differences of the cost of the programing service in addition to what I have already paid for testing. Their price is so very fair, and do a very professional job. It only took 4 days to get the programing done after I send in my replacement unit for programing. It worked perfectly when I plugged in the unit and the care runs like it should. I highly recommend ECUPRO to any one who needs their ECU repair or replaced.”

“Just got it back. And still haveing a communication problem. This is a shop. All the powers and grounds have been tested. A different ecu was put into the mini and we had communication. So I sent it off. And they "fixed" it and I still have no communication with either of our snap on scanners. I just got back from vacation and have not been able to call them fir support. I will update depending on talking to them”

“This company is great and reliable. They can repair and ship back your old ECU/DME within a week of them recieving it. They inform you of what they repaired and how you can prevent the issue from happening again in the future. The video they sent of it being put inside their donor car assured me with confidence that the unit was fixed. Looking forwards to doing business with them in the future”

“The ECU Pros were quick, easy to use and honest about the state of my ECU. Although the water damage was too much to repair in my current ECU, other options were offered. I decieded enough was enough with this car and opted to get my ECU returned without repair. ECU Pros reached out confirming my choice and retuned my ECU without issue. Sometimes it works out, other times it doesn't but The ECU Pros wewre professionals.”

“I have a 2008 Mini Cooper Convert - it was running OK then all a suddon it stop running - I had it pulled in and three differant machanics looked at it, one charge me $791.00 to replace immobilizer module, $600.00 toeing bill. What I had sean before repairs made was water in the right floor board thats when I found the shorted module I sent to you for repair, splice wire for used connector reconnected module, when you turn switch to start makes no sound and like no contact, radio does not connect top let down dead, windows do work and when you turn switch all lights on start up do come on. At present I am out almost $2,000.00 and car still wont start, HELP”

“Quick and easy service. Place your order, send out your parts and wait for a response. They sent me a video with your parts testing after it was fixed before mailing it back. I got away without purchasing a new module. Trustworthy, price reasonable. Highly recommended!”
