“Sent in the FRM of my Mini Cooper R56 because I jumped the battery and it made it so none of the interior lights, turning signals, windows wouldn’t work. They fixed it for a 1/3 of cost compared to other places, and they fixed and returned the FRM in a very short time. Very satisfied with their service, would definitely be a repeat customer. And will recommend to anyone needing this kind of service.”

“The only problem I had with ECU Pro, is that they initiated communication via email that had instructions. Generally when someone initiates communication via email, that is their preferred method of communication. We had to resort to phone calls to complete our transaction. Once we were in voice mode, progress was very quick. They diagnosed the problem spot on, and knew exactly what it would take to fix our problem. We went back and forth a couple times, and I feel I understand the control system in the mini much better, and the ECU they sent worked like a charm.”

“I had discovered water in the interior of my 2013 Volkswagen Touareg TDI. I quickly found the drains in the plenum chamber under the cowl were clogged and that water had been submerging the ECU. Mind you, and was not really running correctly from the get go, I was having contribution faults, and the codes and symptoms were pointing towards the injectors. I ended up cleaning the drain and and cleaning around the ECU and during which I had saw a water line about the area it connected to the harness. I removed the ECU and cleaned it and saw it had been previously opened. Well after I put everything back together, I got a crank no start condition. We pulled codes and did other diagnostics and were not surprised when all faults pointed to the ECU. Luckily I found these guys and they were able to take a look at it and they were able to provide me options that fit my budget. They didn't jump to replacing the ECU right off the bat, they cleaned the original, replaced s few circuits and sent it back. I tried it out and unfortunately it just got fried again, but luckily they were able to clone the original one while they had it the first time and they sent out a new ECU. I swapped them out and it started! I was so relieved because I KNOW the dealer was going to run my pockets with diagnostics, throw a bunch of unneeded parts at it and then eventually sell me a new ECU at a mark up too. I'm definitely glad I gave these guys a chance and they have earned my business for life. And as some one who works with wholesale cars and buys and sells a lot myself, I know I'll need them again at some point.”

“Hi wasn’t sure if my ECU was the problem but it was The ECO Pro company is the number one company out there it was my ECU my BMW runs like new it’s a 1999 model I restore these cars if I a problem with others I will definitely use you guys again for sure thank you for great service 👍”
