“The process was thorough and easy to understand. The service was awesome. I was impressed at how quickly my FRM was serviced. I tracked the shipping to the ECU pros and within 15 minutes of being notified that it had arrived I received the first email stating that they had began working on my issue. They finished it that day and it was back to me 2 days later.”

“The ECU Pro team handled my issue like true professionals. I felt I was in the right hands from start to finish. I received my replacement DME promptly after it was ordered and cloaned. I plugged everything up and the car fired right up...and was actually running better than before the DME failed. Now that I know The ECU Pro team exists and how they operate, i'm no longer nervous about how finicky these BMWs can be lol.”

“The team at ECU Pro received the ECU from my Mercedes Benz SLK350 on a Friday, the following Monday stating my unit had been tested. Unfortunately it could not be repaired and I purchased a replacement. The replacement arrived that Friday along with the old EVU. I installed the replacement ECU per instructions, turned the key and she fired right up with no issues. With a few hundred miles so far and everything is fine. Great people and great service. Thank you ECU Pro!”
