“I sent in my ECU along with the supporting equipment. They tested my ECU and found the error, which initially couldn't be reset, and it looked like I would need to purchase a refurbished one. After a few days I was informed they obtained new equipment that was able to clear the error from the ECU, and that saved me a lot of money. Overall, I was happy with the service and would recommend.”

“Hello Wonderful people of ECU. First of I would like to thank you very much for recommending replacing my ECU. Yes, it fixed my issue with my car. But my batteries needed recharging, so that issue is on me. You guys and girls were truly professional and did what you said you were going to do. You gave me constant updates and sent me photos. And last but not least a great break down of the issue and why, thank you so much for that because I am not a car guy. I can change wiper blades all. “2014 C250, 125k. When the Mercedes dealership couldnā€™t fix my car, charged me for unnecessary maintenance after they told me it was fixed. Then said it would cost another $1700 just for a new ECU.
