“ECU Pro were prompt and supportive. I recieved video of the trouble shooting process. They could not get my headlights to reproduce the same simptoms I experienced but were willing to reflash my eproms if i send it back to them with an additional component from my car. Heres the rub, I'm not with my car and wont be until June. They were willing to postpone the final flash until then. Thanks ECU PRO for being flexible.”

“I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I sent them a part that thought was the problem, it wasn’t, they didn’t charge me, instead I sent them the part they informed me must be broken and they fixed it and sent it back quickly. The communication was excellent. Very grateful.”

“Everything transparent and clear. Easy tracking of my ecu from my dropping it off in the mail to them repairing and sending it back. They have a protocol to ensure you’re sending the right module, video to help you remove/replace the unit, and helpful hints to prevent you from having to use their services again. Totally recommend for DIY BMW tinkerers that haven’t yet felt the wrath of aged BMW electrical components.”
