“I spoke with one of the members there and they’re where very helpful, as soon as they received my park they got right too it, And they shipped it out asap I received it in two days. They fixed the part and now my vehicle is running like new thanks to the ECU team great job.”

“We received the DME back in good time but they throw a code for EPS fault and my car never threw that code before because it doesn’t have EPS. I contacted them for assistance and got vague deflecting responses. Car is still at the shop due to this and it has not went well”

“Take fix my computer very well to replace the part in it. It works fine. It doesn’t have the codes come up no more is working fine. I’ve been dealing with this car for a while and they don’t almost done it right I recommend ECU pro to anybody if you have a computer issue take it to them they not that expensive. They do it in appropriate manner no more than two or three days you get it back it works.”

“My experience with The ECU Pro was very positive. They tested my CAS module and found a problem with a chip that they removed, cleaned, reinstalled and tested in a vehicle and now there were no error codes. When I contacted them with questions, they were quick to respond and explained things incredibly well. Instructions were pretty well laid out, except I wasn't aware that I needed to also remove and send in the vehicle DME/ECU until finalizing my work order with them online. Thankfully it was easy and quick to remove and I was able to box it all up with my keys in time to ship before our company's UPS pickup. Perhaps it was explained earlier in the instructions to include the ECU and I just missed it. I would recommend leaving your vehicle unlocked in case you need something inside it or need to push it during the time your keys are not with you. I locked some of my tools inside the car by mistake, which I could have used during the down time. BTW, I did install the CAS module and ECU and the car is back to normal. At first the DSC light and Brake light illuminated yellow and didn't go out right away, but after I drove the car for a few minutes they went out and all is good. I believe the car needed the feedback from some sensors before the DSC and Brake system reset. Thank you ECU Pro.”
