“Great value for the service provided. I sent in my Mini Cooper CAS module for a no-start issue. Communication between the service tech and myself was prompt and when the original unit was deemed not repairable, a new cloned unit was returned to me. Car runs great now. My only critique is that when the new unit was sent, along with the original, the original failed unit was labeled as “replacement” with an ECU pro log and job number sticker on it (the new unit was unlabeled), and this caused me to try to re-install the original unit back in the car not realizing it was the wrong one. This caused a bit of frustration for an hour until I went back and watched the video where I realized the new unit had no labeling on it. Credit to ECU pro for sending the video that I could double check, but I would suggest clearer labeling on the units when returning them! Thank you again. This saved me a lot of money and fixed my car’s issue!”

“The ECU Pro helped me tremendously with my ECU. I did not think that it was fixable. I live in South Florida and the prices to get things fixed down here are ridiculous. However, my dad lives in Ohio and heard about The ECU Pro and couldn’t believe I was only charged $400. I was well pleased with this place!”

“Service was fast, very inexpensive compared to local shop. Communication is excelent with them, either by phone or email. Service was done fast and efficient. They only charge for what was done and didnt try to up sell or overcharge for stuff thats wasn't done. Im very happy with their service.”

“The CAS module and ECU were dispatched for repair from Florida to Pennsylvania on January 13th and subsequently returned on January 26th. Upon installation, both components are operating without issue. ECU Pro provided email confirmation upon receipt of the parts, and a technician subsequently issued an email detailing the repair and the identified problem, with the components being shipped the following day.”

“I was very pleased with repair time it was only at your location for one day and it was shipped back to me with tracking so the car was only down for a few days. I installed it and everything worked just like new. The information on how to install was helpful especially knowing that you needed to have the battery hooked up before installation.”
