“Needed to find out why my FRM was not working in my BMW. Sent to ECU Pro thru the mail, and within 2 days they had an answer for me. Prior to fixing it they contacted me first to see how I wanted to proceed, and gave me my options as well as the costs. I was able to easily pay online, and the very next day they sent me back my FRM via Fed Ex, and instructions for reinserting into my car and how to avoid the issue again in the future.”

“Just like everyone else is saying. Outstanding service!! It took a week for my part to get there, at my fault sent using snail service. I was emailed as soon as they received my part, as soon as someone was working on it, as soon as it was done, no need to call or check on them….talk abaut no having to worry about anything. As soon as I paid for the required service, my part was fixed same they and I had it back the very next day!!! That is all the way to Las Vegas. Plug it in and was done, I recomend their services 100% no doubt. Simply outstanding from start to finish. Thank you ECU PRO!!!!”

“Needed to have new keys made. I wasn’t sure which modules were needed exactly and Dave was kind enough to help me verify that I pulled the right ones. Communication in general was excellent. The extra level of quality control was excellent. They were transparent with stating that physical keys couldn’t be cut and offered suggestions on how to do that. The modules came back quickly and had zero issues. Overall, an extremely positive experience and I will use them again if I ever need to!”

“I have been struggling with the issue of non stand key malfunction for 3 years, I had bought my vehicle to many mechanics to fix the problem. Unfortunately the problem could not be fixed. Then one day while I was online I discovered ECU pro, I sent my CAS to them and amazingly they fixed the issue and returned my CAS to me im 4 days. I am so happy that I found them,they are a a 'n amazing company with great customer service. I was informed when they recieved my part and also when it was repaired,they also sent me a video showing my CAS working in another vehicle.”

“Oustanding service! This is my second time for service. I sent my CAS module to ECU for my M3 E92 to test. M3 sat in a garage for four months during winter didn't drive it due to injury. When I tried to drive it, it had no start no crank and multiple CAS related error fault codes. ECU was able to run diagnostics and notified me to agree with repair. I received the module within two business days after repair, installed it to my M3 and fired right up. Saved tons of money for not getting my car towed to the dealer and having them looked at it. Thanks ECU.”

“Everything worked great as soon as I installed the repaired dme back into my car. The only reason I knocked a star off is because there could be better communication during the process. I sent it in for diagnostics and they went ahead and did the repair without asking if I wanted them to proceed (which I wanted anyway so not a big deal). After they had the parts for 2 weeks I had to call to see what the status was on the part and then a week after that it was done. The extra key they cut for me works better than the original. I have been without a car for a year so it was very exciting to hear the car start first crank after getting my dme back.”
