“The customer service was good, and the repair worked as I had hoped. The turnaround time was very quick, I found. The only thing that was weird was that I had an issue rolling up/down the windows that I was told this would not help but it did seem to correct the issue after all.”

“I called the folks at ECU Pro, about my 2003 Z4. They were very eager to help. They had me send my DME, EWS, and my key, so they could test my DME. In just a day or two after they received my parts, they sent a message explaining what they found wwlith my parts, and they had a replacement on the way ( they also returned my un-repairable unit. So in about 7 business days i had my parts back and in my car. It is running perfectly! Thank you, ECU Pro! I highly recommend them!!”

“Real deal they clone my gl450 ecu it was and amazing experience and quick turnaround in less then two week got it back plug and play didn’t believe but that’s reality my car from not even having crank it started right up highly recommend to anyone and everyone”

“I received an estimate to repair the FRM module for $1,400 from a BMW shop. I was then told to “remove the module, and mail it out to ECU PRO, thank goodness I did! Super fast turn around, extreme professionalism,.I highly recommend using this company, hands down. Trina”

“I sent in my FEM for my 2013 BMW 328i and it was stellar service from step 1 all the way to the re-delivery of my ECU, FEM, and keys. Aside from the fact that these guys keep you informed in every step of the operation and make sure you know what they find, these guys are what make me feel good about serving this country for 20 years and in 4 combat theaters. Every member of this staff should be commended not for the amazing work they do, but for their HONESTY, integrity, and morals. They informed me at every step that my FEM was working great and there was zero wrong with my equipment. Even went as far as sending me a video clip of them testing my actual units in a test vehicle like mine. They could have just as easily told me that the equipment was faulty and charged me a ton of money, but no, they unwaveringly told me that it was good and that they would only charge me for the teating fee. I had prepaid for the service I requested and additionally the overnight postage. They refunded the difference in the operations fee and even gave me, I think, a discount and got it to me overnight MUCH CHEAPER than what I paid to get it there. A huge thank you to the crew of ECU PRO! I wish my experience with every company i dealt with was as smooth, easy, and honest as my experience with you guys. Thank you so much and you have a customer for life here in this house!”
