“435i was completely dead. Sent the FEM and DME in for testing, and they determined the FEM was fried. Cloned me a new unit, and the car fired up perfectly. Excellent service! Couldn’t be happier!”

“I had ECU Pro repair a faulty footwell module in my 2012 mini that had its brains scrambled because I disconnected the battery. it required two round trips since the first time it didn't work when it came back. But the people there were very responsive and helpful. SOMETHING happened when I installed it the first time that shorted something out and destroyed the module and I had to buy a replacement. They credited the first time toward the replacement so I didn't have to pay twice. These modules are apparently very fragile and even get damaged if you have the car jumped to start. But all is good now and my Mini is back to normal.”
