“The service was quick and efficient. I was really hoping my DME was bad as that would be an easy fix, but it wasn’t. ECU Pro tested it and refunded the balance of my money very quickly.”

“I appreciate the online process (though I still needed help) and quick turn around from customer to service to returning the parts but the customer service part wasn't it. I spoke to a male representative the first time and he was very helpful and seemed nice but then when I called a second time there was this woman who'd made feel like I should've found another place for help.”

“Communication was excellent. Turn around time was better than I could ever have expected. Shipped on Thursday. Received confirmation of arrival on Saturday. Unit was delivered, repaired, and at my door on Tuesday.”

“Very satisfied with their work on trying to diagnose if my ECM was defective, they responded promptly and inform me that my unit was working and it was a quick turnaround as far as them returning it. It took about a day and a half and I received the ECM completely satisfied and I will definitely do business in the future with them if needed.”

“2015 BMW 535D. All keyfobs damaged/lost. ECU Pro was easy to work with and very professional. They were able to reprogram 2 new keyfobs with transponders and cut 2 keys that all worked first time without any issues. They also cost less than half on what the dealer was going to charge me. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!!!”

“I had a problem with my 2014 Cascadia and I sent my cpc4 in to get tested. Testing was quick. They got back to me within a day of receiving the package. When they told me that it needed repair they were also quick with that. The same day they fixed it! I'm glad they work pretty fast because I could not allow too much down time from work. After they repaire it they sent a video to show the computer working in one of their trucks, they didn't have to but they did which is good. It's been about 2 weeks since I brought it in to get repaired and it is still going strong. 10/10 would recommend, one for their price, but two for how they showed the problem fixed and how fast the turn around was.”

“I don’t have any comparison to compare them to , But they stayed up to date with me and emailed and called when they had news for me , fixed my problem and I am back on the road now , when I thought it would be impossible ! Thank you so much ECU PROS your life savers !!”
