“Very professional service and technical expertise. After my CAS showed symptoms of being defective, ECU PRO was able to get me back on the road by repairing my CAS in a timely manner. After asking a couple questions, they took the time to explain why my CAS might have gone defective and what to look out for to keep me from chasing unnecessary costs by spending extra money at a dealership or spending more than double of what I paid on a previous repair that didn’t last. They will tell you if it’s repairable or if it needs to be replaced and actually not try to upsell you to get the more expensive replacement from them unless it truly cannot be repaired.”

“Haven’t installed the repaired unit it yet due to a wait for battery replacement but the process was incredibly fast and easy! The instructions for removing the device were clear and concise (after I realized the vid was removing the device from a right-hand drive vehicle 😂) and everything was spelled out in terms of expectations and timeline for the process, beginning to end. Overall outstanding experience!”

“This is a straightforward company, on their website they tell you exactly what their plan is and if you follow their very easy steps the outcome is what you asked for. I sent them my DME, immobilizer and key. I signed up for the open bar tab route for a faster turn around. It took 8 business days to make it to the East coast from PNW and back. Unfortunately this was only 1 of my "many"mini cooper problems. But I'm one step closer to getting this wonderful car back on the road. 😆 All in all. I recommend the ECU team to all of my friends and family.”

“Very easy to deal with. My ECU had an issue that was not covered by a diagnostic code, the new one fixed my car. They turned around my cas and made a new key very fast. The communication was great. My E70 with an N63 engine is back up and running!”

“I sent my ECU to two other places and was happy just to get it back unfixed as they were hard to contact and did not provide a fix or timeline. ECU Pro always answers the phone and when there was a problem they found me a new unit under warrantee.”
