“Well the service was fast and the sent a video of everything working. I plugged it in and can wouldn't start so I'm letting the battery charge the car with a tender on it. Car started before but didn't run properly. Now it won't start so I'll give it a 2 day charge and see what happens. I'm sure I'll be contacting my mechanic. 🤞”

“Very thorough report and process. Showed video of module after repair working in a donor vehicle. Installed back on our vehicle and it worked. Saves a bunch of money vs buying a new one. Especially on a Euro car.”

“2011 328xi - After the battery was left disconnected for an extended time to do another repair the Footwell module was scrambled and the car was giving a “lighting error” message and loss of window control. After searching the internet I found the ECU Pro site for reprogramming of the footwell module. Following the site I sent the module in on Monday to have it returned / repaired by the end of the week and worked perfectly out of the box. A huge thank you to the ECU pro team for a swift and reliable service.”

“Recently had an ecu repaired for my w204 coupe and it works exactly as it should. Car would start and die within a couple seconds every time so I pulled the ecu apart and found a fried capacitor. I sent it in to ECU Pro and it was repaired and shipped back within a week. The car starts right up and runs great with no lights on the dash. Highly recommend”

“Once part arrived, they performed test and diagnosed quickly (within a couple of days). They sent me a video showing that the new part worked correctly on their test vehicle, also showed the diagnostic computer coming up clean (no codes) on replacement part. There was a bit of delay getting the replacement mailed out due to the billing department creating the invoice but forgetting to send it to me. I had to call and find out what was going on. After calling, the billing department immediately emailed me the invoice. After that was squared away the replacement shipped immediately. Technicians were excellent. I highly recommend.”
