“Was very hesitant to send my CPC4 to a company I've never dealt with. Received my rebuilt unit back Monday plugged it in Thursday and so far so good. No faults, no dealership trips needed so I'm happy I chose The Ecu Pro for this problem I had. Will deal with them again if any of my other trucks have computer problems.”

“2nd review: The service at ECU Pro was exactly "as advertised" on their website. They actually answered the phone . . . which is not true for most online car parts or repair shops. They were professional at all times regarding the explanation of their process, cost of services & how to ship our ECU to their facility in Pennsylvania; as well as the return shipping back to customer. We will use this vendor in the future should we need help with our Mercedes ECU.”
