“Bimmercode was giving me “Critical Error Fault while trying to code the module. (Boot sector issue) Ordered the “test” online, pulled FRM module, shipped it NDA to ECU Pros, they contacted me saying they needed to reupload the firmware files which falls under “repair”, they corrected my boot sector firmware files, I paid for NDA return and installed it. It worked as it should and I was able to get into it to code via BimmerCode. It’s really as simple as that. Customer service was 5 star and service provided was 5 star.”

“I was in a bind and they really came in the clutch. BMW was going to charge at least triple what I paid and they didn’t even offer to repair my module. Sure it was a pain in the rear to remove/install the little black box, but I learned something. I felt like I earned the fix. Keep up the good work people.”

“The ECU Pro exceeded my expections in every way. The experiance was clear and professional from start to end. They were able to quickly repair my ECM. It was easy to install and my vehicle was back in action. The ECU Pro saved me $1800 compared to the delership quote. Can't recommend this company enough.”

“ECU PRO fixed my car in an efficient manner. The only way it could be improved is if they could provide a clearer instructional video of the parts removal. But for their service of inspecting and repairing the DME, I highly recommend them.”

“I sent my 2011 335i xdrive computer to another company in NY because it was cheaper. Big mistake caused my mechanic 2 extra weeks troubleshooting since they said they had repaired the unit. Sent the unit to ECU Pro they sent an email when they received the unit had it fixed and turned around in a few days. Mechanic hook it up problem solved I wish I would have went to them first. 2001 BMW 335i xdrive Cobb tuned running STage II Plus running just like new. Thank you ECU Pro.”
