“My car’s central processing unit was diagnosed quickly. After determining the devise was faulty and had to be cloned, I received the new unit back fast. Good communication along the way.”

“The experience was great, turnaround time was also great. I just had one small hiccup that i am still trying to work out. Since installing the new FRM the passenger side window automatically rolls down to halfway. This is not something that was happening before the FRM. Any Advice? Great experience overall.”

“09 mini cooper with car not recognizing keys. Ecu pro far exceeds customer service and satisfaction out of all vendors me and my family use for our car shop deals with definitely exceeds expectations such as communication and turn around time. By far the best in the horizon.”

“I sent my part to ecu pros and received it back in a timely manner. Car started about 5 times and would not start again. I had it towed to a local shop and they told me the eis had failed again. Not even worth the time and money I spent. Now will have to by a new part from the dealer and have it programmed. Too much hassle to have the part removed and send it again. Don't recommend this unless it is local to you.”

“I did a little research The ECU pro was recommended through a shop I work at and I made a phone call for a little tech support and they were very helpful and I knew what I was going to expect before I sent my ECM for repair.. I have the new one back it was all pre programmed and plug and play just as described… Very Happy”

“I didn’t get to drive my vehicle because now my air suspension won’t work. I have yet to confirm whether this is an ECU issue. Although this unit was well above the other sites asking price, I’m hoping that its customer service will make up for the difference.”

“Shipped everything out to them (DME, FEM and Key). They got to my order within a very short timely manner. Once they figured out what the issue was they sent me a few options, I chose a route and they got it all done with 2 days and shipped it to me. Happy with the service.”
