“The ECU pro company was amazing! They ran test on my device, fixed the issue and tested the device. When they finished fixing it, they sent a video of it working on a test vehicle.”

“So far so good. Have not yet received my ECU. But it is in shipping. I did not want to forget about this email or wait till I have the ECU to do my review as it said, I only had five days to get extra warranty”

“I am definitely pleased with how they were professional about everything they do. Very pleased with how they explained the process and how informative they were about everything. Will definitely use them again for things in the future. “The ECU pros were very throughout with their work and communication. They did a great job explaining their service and the process needed for my specific vehicle. Great customer service and value. I had multiple pleasant conversations with the technician Dan who was incredibly knowledgeable and took the extra precautions to assist with understanding how to prevent further issues. Super easy to reach and super quick turnaround. Still adjusting some things but their commitment to customer satisfaction shines! Truly my only con I can think, and it probably just my own ocd, is I would have preferred their ecu pro sticker put on after repair sent on its own. This way can add where I wish. These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend the ECU pros for all your BMW FRM/ECU repairs. thank you again!”

“Awesome! I am not a mechanic, but recently. to do my own car care. The process is so easy... I pulled the part, sent it un and had it back in the car in just a few days. It's working great and saved me a lot of money. I had a few questions that I emailed to them regarding re-installing and future car maintenance, and Dave from their team was incredible. Thank you, Dave, and the ECU team!”
