“The BMW dealer offered no testing or proof that the DCM had a fault. Their solution was to replace it for $7000 and have it shipped from Germany. ECU-PRO tested and fixed it for $399. Great service!”

“Listen, I submitted 2007 BMW FRM in hopes of finding a problem, but there wasn’t one. Instead of trying to get me to pay for an unnecessary repair, I was quickly contacted after a thorough check to let me know repair was not required. It was worth what I paid for my piece of mind to rule out a problem. They were fast, courteous, and most of all, honest! I’d do business with them again, no doubt.”

“When my CAS unit started acting out on my 2011 mini, the $3K quote to replace it gave me headache that only 8 IPAs could match. Luckily using google AI, ECU Pros popped up and solved the problem. Sent in my old unit, they repaired it for $300 and I’m back in biz! Thanks yall!”

“Recently my ML350 was experiencing what I diagnosed via online research as an EIS (Electronic Ignition Switch) failure. After talking with several companies who did similar work I called and spoke to ECU Pro. After 3 different conversations over the span of a few days the support rep made me feel comfortable on their process to diagnose, repair-replace and return a working EIS switch that would save me over $1k vs my local Mercedes dealer. After sending the required componenets to their repair center I was notified of the diagnosis and repair to working condition again. They were very professional and the timing was actually quicker than quoted which really helped. I'd recommend ECU Pro to anyone who's having similar ignition switch issues.”

“Turn around time was super fast and communication was great. Have an issue after installation with windows and sunroof, hopefully a reset will fix that as the ECU tech suggested.”

“I am conflicted as to what most deserves the 5 stars: the really quick turn; the constant communication and video showing my replacement FRM in action (they have test mules); or having the functionality returned to my car. I would highly recommend ECU Pro to anyone who has a questionable FRM!”
