One of them was broke, and I paid extra money to get the them on the next working day but i got it 4 days later

I ordered a lockable socket and I was highly disappointed when I found out there were no keys in the package

Turned up 5 days later then promised. When it finally arrived you had the wrong house number on the label. The packaging was all broken and ripped and the goods inside scuffed and scratched. Yes you offered to come collect and replace but to be fair I wouldn't trust you to get it right again. I will NEVER order from you again and will advise all colleagues, family and friends about my experience with you.

Hi Sandie, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review with us. I'm really sorry to hear of the experience you had with your order. Having looked into this with our customer care team; I do believe it was a Fedex issue and we can only apologise for this. We did explain that it was lost in transit and we had to issue a new order; hence the delay in the goods getting to you. We then offered to pick up the damaged goods and get a new one shipped out all free of charge. I also do believe our team have refunded you a % of the order to apologise even further. I'm sad to hear you won't be back shopping us with again Sandie. However if you do change your mind in the future; we hope we'll be able to make it up to you. Thanks, The Electrical Guys.

The item never turned up, was offered as next working day delivery. was declared as dispatched/on it's way. Took day off work, to take delivery and the following day. But did not arrive even the second day. Tracking number did not work, company were not over helpful at first in finding where my item was, just referring to tracking number. Very frustration and total waste of my time and money. Cancelled order, after waiting a week for delivery, not to arrive.

Hey Keith, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. As Adam from our team said in his email; the goods were actually lost within the Fedex system and they didn't make us aware of this until it was chased by ourselves. As long as the tracking shows 'in transit' we would have believed it was out for delivery with you that day. This is no means an excuse however and our team should have investigated this on the first occasion; rather than taking the tracking info on face value. Again we can only apologise for this and any inconvenience that was caused to you and your work. We hope our team will be able to make it up to you with a future order. Thanks, The Electrical Guys

I have received only part of my order,I have emailed electrical guys 3 times the only reply I have received are altimated replies (thanks for your order) with no phone number to call feeling very frustrated with the very poor service.As I write this review I still haven't had a reply or received my full order.

"Item was packed very good but when I opened the heater, firstly had a sharp piece of metal scratch my finger, secondly on the corner coming away from the seal ( Tiny Gap)\r\nthirdly a dent in heater then when I looked a large bump. Therefore you can see this was not done in travelling therefore tells me that NO checking service applies at base at all for a customer to receive this is actually very poor service and most defiantly I would not recomend this company at all and I would not used them my selves again. One problem would be a annoying but three is disgusting." NOW even to return as been a nightmare after all this time adventally Fedex collected all of this lacks commuication it most certainly could of been avoided !! I have worked in retail and you have to THINK outside the box each customer is different like incidents are different anyway thank goodness thats gone NOW how long before a full refund..............

As you can imagine, it can be very time consuming for us to go and open every single one of our heaters (once they arrive with us) to check for damages. We rely on the supplier to do their own internal checks and sorry you felt let down on this occasion! 😔 We can assure you this doesn't happen often and we'll be passing the feedback onto our supplier to see how the issue has happened. Simple small order, took a bit longer than expected to arrive, which wasn't too much of an issue. (other online supplies beat your speed for equivalent sized order). However one item was not the item ordered. Only 4 items (grid switches and face plate) in the total order, But you still managed to send a wrong item !? How hard is a bit of basic quality checking before packaging items off? Went to look for phone number to call.. Oh, I then notice you are another on of those companies that cannot deal with telephone calls? (yet you have my full contact details inc phone number and you ask for phone number on your "contact form"). What is so hard about two way telephone communication? Not particularly impressed with overall service.

Just looking on our system at your ticket enquiry (#325) and it was sent into us on 16.46 on the 16th June. It does look like one of our team replied back to you on the same day at 17.18. Did you happen to get this reply? It may be worth checking your spam inbox if not and I can only apologise for this! Needed a 3 Phase Dist board quick, They sent it to another town! i received a phone call from a confused recepient! " Ive a parcel for you" Carrier left it in the conservator of an address in a different town! and left him a sorry you were out card! I had to drive over at night and collect it! I Sure WONT Be using these "Guys" again!!! NOT RECOMMENDED , Use someone with a better carrier that CAN read an order. Kind regards DAVE ( A VERY DISAPOINTED CUSTOMER)

My order seems to have been ignored, placed the order a week ago and it never went beyond the 'processing' stage. I haven't received any notification of delays from them and two attempts to contact the company via email have been ignored. I would recommend buying whatever it is you're after from Amazon, at least their customer service is professional, not like this company VERY UNSATISIFIED WITH THIS COMPANY

Please rest assured your order was not ignored by our team :-) Due to the long bank holiday weekend, our office was closed on both the Friday and the Monday, hence the delay in your order shipping out from our warehouse. We did advertise this on the website at the time, just to make sure our customers knew there would be a slight delay in shipping. Hey there. Sorry to hear of the trouble you are having with your product. Unfortunately the item you purchased via our eBay store (Wylex NHRS10SSLHI) doesn't come with MCB's or RCBO's. This is stated within our product description that you can find here: http://ebay.eu/2qoXqWS. If you would still like to return the boxes, please open a return case via eBay and one of our team will be in touch with all the details. We do recommend that you send these goods back via a tracked courier (just so we have proof of delivery when they arrive in our warehouse). Alternatively please give our sales team a call or drop us an email (sales@electricalguys.co.uk) and we can get the return arranged for you. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I've just had a quick look into this with the team and it does appear it dispatched out from here on the 6th for delivery on the 7th. However, I can see it was 'refused by the consignee' on the 7th (which was a Friday), so they re-attempted delivery on the Monday. I can only apologise for this and we can log this with Fedex for future orders. We hope to see you again sometime soon :-)

Delivery - was told next working day but 4 days later I'd heard nothing. I phoned and was told it would be looked into but no call or email back. I bought 'Thor hammer' wall light for my sons birthday which as a result of not getting them on time as promised, has now been a let down and resulted in an upset son and an annoyed dad. I would like to be contacted in regards to this as you have really let me down. 07737213206

I've just spoken with our customer care team and they assure me it was dispatched on Monday night for delivery on Tuesday. However I've looked into this further and it looks like there was an address query from Fedex which caused the delivery to be delayed. Our team have passed on all the relevant information now needed so it should be out for delivery today. Our team have also tried ringing you on the number you provided numerous times now, but it seems to just keep ringing out? I believe they have now left you a voicemail, If you give us a quick call they'll happily get this sorted for you. Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you and your son. Rest assured our team are working hard to solve this for you.

I ordered 2 meter boxes when they where deliver both where serenely damaged so replacement where sent 1 was damaged again Both boxes where not in a new looking condition. I did not send the second damaged box back as I had tradesman waiting to fit it.

you never sent me an invoice now my accountant is chasing me and I a have to waste my time tring to find it and writing you this note and theres no where on your website for this hence this this the only place you left me I don't want to leave a bad review but whats my choice?
