With regards to the lack of urgency, I am not sure to what this refers and would like to check that all is well if I may? Your order was placed late in the evening, and it was dispatched from here first thing the following morning. I was at first concerned with the amount of personal information to open an account but received message from Sl Kitchner that calmed my concern. I await my item and that is why only Good rating and shouldn't be seen as reflection of company.”
