“Customer service was exccellent. I needed to modify my order and they were very accomodating and they also handled a backorder situation very well, keeping me well informed of the order's progress and giving me lots of options. Prices and fulfillment were also great.”

“I wanted to share some positive feedback about The Fire Alarm Supplier. They have helped me out several times when I was in a bind. We usually purchase our supplies from ADI or SDS through a business account, so I had to use a company credit card. Their shipments are fast and reliable. I've bookmarked The Fire Alarm Supplier on my web browser and will be purchasing from them regularly. Thanks again for the recommendation. Best, Ethan S.”
