I was sent the wrong parts. I sent an email back to your company a week ago and have yet to receive a reply. I could not find a phone number.

Hello David, We apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused. We shipped your order on the same day it came in, but it seems that Fedex lost your package. We shipped another one under 1Z58079W0130089777 (as a Next Day) and I believe you received this new package. UPS is still under investigation about the first package. If you need anything else, please let us know.

Not very happy with your customer service dept, been trying for over two weeks to get an RMA via phone calls and e-mails with zero response.
