I place and online order for 3 smoke detectors (SM310) and The Fire Alarm Supplier sent me 2 smoke detectors of a completely different style and brand, not intended for residential. Apparently no one checked either of the two packing slips as both said quantity of 3 and the style was the SM310. Upon my email and phone calls no assistance was offered in until I began sending things up to the supervisors for assistance. Ultimately they made the order right but it was not an easy process and both the shipping department and customer service department failed and therefore receive a 1 out of 5 star review.

The customer service person, Debbie Clark, was very good. She tried hard. However, the Fire Alarm Supplier shipping/packaging department messed up 2 times...it was very bad.

gec3-12wr was ship wrong two times. we returm both times and was told if we can't supply we will issue credit. credit was issue. But you was able to ship the goe-r which is the covers for the gec3-12wr. we can't use cover if we can't get the gec3-12r. Getting the gec3-12r from another.

Your website had a part I needed at a great price and, I am happy with the timely manner it was delivered, but the hounding of your emails to REVIEW the fire alarm supplier has left me unsure to order from your website again.

Absolutely horrible experience and horrible customer service. Will never use again and definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Hello Regal, I see you placed your order on a Saturday (08/07) and our warehosue is not open on Saturdays, that's the reason why your order was only shipped on Monday. According to tracking number 1Z58079W0107274806, it seems that UPS delayed this delivery and you ended up receiving the product only on Wenesday. Fot that, we apologize and we are already in contact with UPS to check what might have happened. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Thank you,

I’m not happy with the purchase. Is misleading having the wrong picture of what I wanted to buy. Paying a $24.58 shipping for a $3.20 item not cool either.
