“Fast service and great customer service, however, I'd like to make a suggestion for future orders: in the event you need to split orders in several boxes due to size and/or volume, and each box having different tracking information, please disclose this information with the customer as I was not aware and encountered some issues and additional expenses with my carrier regarding this.”

“Overall I was extremely impressed with the service that I received. The only problem I encountered was when I received my pull station it didn’t come with a key. When I reached out I was told that it didn’t come with one but I could order it For $5.90 plus $40.00 shipping. Would have been better to have been told that when I placed my original order.”
