“I ordered 4 units of each BRK SMI105-AC and BRK SMICO105-AC. Product was exactly as described and fresh manufacturing dates June 2025. Fast ship and release to FedEx But FedEx had issues routing significantly delaying delivery (no fault of "Fire Alarm Supplier"). // Overall a great experience, i'd recommend to family and friends!”

“I looked everywhere for the smoke/CO2 detectors I needed to work with my system and couldn't find them anywhere. Finally found them at The Fire Alarm Supplier and since I had never heard of them hoped they were not a scam. Well they were not! “I would definitely use this company again. For one when it came to the smoke detectors and fire alarms that I needed they were cheaper than knock-offs on Amazon. Quality items. Also the company was very proactive in making and closing the sale. Lily was on top of it. Timely dispatch of the order and everything went smoothly and I received the product I expected. What else can you say about a company that provides all that?”

“gec3-12wr was ship wrong two times. we returm both times and was told if we can't supply we will issue credit. credit was issue. But you was able to ship the goe-r which is the covers for the gec3-12wr. we can't use cover if we can't get the gec3-12r. Getting the gec3-12r from another.”
