“If I could give 6 tars out of 5 I would. I had a situation where I could not obtain enough audilble appliances to complete a project. The manufacturer could not supply on time. Even with months of notice. I got what I needed from the Fire Alarm supplier out of the good old USA! Just wonderful that the US has not thrown Canada under the bus. The President wants to! Thanks FA Supplier!”

“Still have not received an RMA. Product is brand new, unused. Have to return due to incompatibility because the alarm system was upgraded. 2-wire is for older systems, 4-wire is for newer systems, but they install wireless out of their own convenience. I don’t know why, but that’s the alarm company for you. That’s why this 2-wire sensor cannot be used. The return policy on the shop app indicates that returns are free for US orders. They are expected to follow their own return policy. They give you a form and ask for pictures, which were provided, but still no RMA. Not sure how long it takes them to process an RMA, especially when the process is being followed.”

“I place and online order for 3 smoke detectors (SM310) and The Fire Alarm Supplier sent me 2 smoke detectors of a completely different style and brand, not intended for residential. Apparently no one checked either of the two packing slips as both said quantity of 3 and the style was the SM310. Upon my email and phone calls no assistance was offered in until I began sending things up to the supervisors for assistance. Ultimately they made the order right but it was not an easy process and both the shipping department and customer service department failed and therefore receive a 1 out of 5 star review.”
