“The smoke detectors I ordered work great to replace old malfunctioning System Sensors smaoke detectors I had for 28 years. FYI, the base is a bit smaller than older models.”

“HI PEEPS, SORRY ABOUT THE CAPSLOCK BUT I AM LEGALLY BLIND. GOT THE DETECTOR, XFINITY TECH WAS HERE AND INSTALLED IT AS A FAVOR. IT OPERATED WHEN TESTED BUT RIGHT AFTER, THE CONTROL PANEL SHOWED A “WIRING PROBLEM” ERROR AND ALERTS EVERY COUPLE MINUTES. I HAD THE APPT FOR TODAY AND PER A SUPERVISOR THEY NO LONGER SUPPORT SMOKE DETECTORS SO I HAVE A BRAND NEW ONE IF YOU WANT IT BACK, 😎”

“I like the ease of installation and pairing with my LAN network, but from the add that I purchased it from, I thought it would have a motion controlled pathway light at night It was advertised as a replacement for the Nest Protect which has expired. My bad luck. I guess I'll have to find one with the pathway light when my other Nest Protect expires.”

“WHAT A SCAM, I PAID THE AMOUNT SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEN THEY REFUSED TO SHIP IT TO ME UNTIL I PAID THEM AN EXTRA $10. THAT WASNT THE AGREEMENT. I PURHCASED IT AND THE SALE WENT THRU. THEY SHOULD OF HONORED THAT. WONT BE BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN BC I DONT KNOW IF THEYLL PULL SOMETHING LIKE THIS AGAIN.”
