“I ordered 9 smoke detectors/ carbon monoxide detectors in August. The one out of stock detector STRR was the main detector of the bunch. It was delayed multiple times before it finally arrived at the end of the year. I now have to setup an installation for our new security system and hope it can happen soon. I will gladly review the devices after they are installed and working for a bit.”

“I ordered 4 units of each BRK SMI105-AC and BRK SMICO105-AC. Product was exactly as described and fresh manufacturing dates June 2025. Fast ship and release to FedEx But FedEx had issues routing significantly delaying delivery (no fault of "Fire Alarm Supplier"). // Overall a great experience, i'd recommend to family and friends!”
