“Fast service and great customer service, however, I'd like to make a suggestion for future orders: in the event you need to split orders in several boxes due to size and/or volume, and each box having different tracking information, please disclose this information with the customer as I was not aware and encountered some issues and additional expenses with my carrier regarding this.”

“At first I was thrilled with your company but now I'm starting to look elsewhere for parts. I received a water soaked device that didn't work. I figured, okay that can happen and the response to get it sorted was quickly handled. Then my recent order of a smoke detector ( IDP-Photo-W) was given to my technician for a job pretty far away. The device did not work after multiple attempts and different locations at the site. Thankfully I found a spare and was able to get the customer issue resolved. I put in for a replacement or refund but have yet to hear back from the FASupplier team...”

She was very helpful and told me how to send my Resaler certificate and how to place order. Order shipped on time and was around $3K , so I didn't have to pay any freight. Great service and support.
